I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Not only was the hotel impeccably clean with stunning interior design, but their service truly stood out. When I accidentally blocked the toilet, they quickly provided another room without hesitation.
The room itself was well-stocked with essentials: shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, fresh towels, a hairdryer, slippers, closet space and even bottled water, ensuring a comfortable stay. The inclusive breakfast boasted a diverse selection, predominantly Western cuisine, which was delicious and satisfying. Thank you!

Great hotel with delicious breakfast. Not far from subway station and METRO supermarket. Everything is clean and cosy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed here for half marathon running.

酒店大堂寬敞氣派，辦理入住速度特別快，還有小時候的“不老林”特色糖果可以吃！房間內乾淨明亮舒適，語音智能控制。有機器人送餐服務，有地下停車場免費停車。退房時還有點心小禮物和祝福，太開心了！

前台小姐姐很熱情，客房服務員態度也很好，早餐處接待的姐姐也很熱情，以後還會入住，主要是我們中午着急飛機沒來得及吃午飯 酒店的人送來了小零食贈禮，贊一個！另外下午茶服務很好！

酒店在萬達旁邊附近還有地鐵全屋智能叫小too衹要你下命令，他基本都能替你完成，比如關燈，拉窗簾，開燈之類第一次住比較新穎也比較好奇 下次還會選擇
最讚的是一樓就有SPA護理，簡直不要太美哦，我選了一個背部按摩，超級舒服的，也可能是最近經常出差太累了，做一個SPA就回房間睡覺 一整晚的睡眠都很香，退房的時候還特地給前台説了這個事情，以後出差首先楓渡酒店
