設施：微波爐打不開，電視沒法看，衞生間設施老舊
衞生：衞生是真的不好，房間有兩個裝飾架上面都厚厚的灰，衞生間的不乾淨應該是房子老舊的原因了。衹能説床上還行
服務：沒有提供礦泉水，我覺得這是最基本的了
環境：樓下就是大悦城很方便，地鐵口就在單元門口，點外賣也很方便
總結：衹能説住是可以住，但不值這個價，此評論僅對我住的這一間的評價，其他高價位的應該可以，沒有惡意，真實感受而已

首先感謝商家，我最初入住了13樓的房間，當時進入的時候發現燈有一個是壞的，隨即撥打了商家電話反饋問題，商家立刻説給我更換一個，並且更換的是燈光特別好的房間，感謝商家，其次就是我入住的房間，有幾個小問題，但是影響不是很大，第一窗户有一個是無法關閉的，但是商家使用礦泉水瓶子擠着窗户就算關閉了，但是關閉的不太嚴密，會有透風的跡象發生，第二個就要説説商家的電水壺了，根本不能燒熱水，因為電水壺可能壞了，我是沒有燒成熱水，整體來説這個位置對得起這個價格，雖然裝修有些破舊，但是價格也是優惠，地裏位置特別好，東中街C口地鐵出來就是大悦城D1公寓，很方便好找的，感謝商家能夠為消費者更換房間，最後給商家提出一個建議，應該多多檢查一下房間狀態，例如燈泡壞了是不是應該及時更換，不能讓消費者發現了在換吧！您説呢美女商家。

臨時定的房間，比對了價格選擇的這家。房間很好，免費給升了房型。屋子很寬敞，樓下就是大悦城，飲食住行很方便。除了衞生間不是很喜歡。

空間比較大，入住啥的挺方便冰箱洗衣機都有，洗澡地方小一點，瀋陽三月底的天氣還是有點涼的空調老舊基本沒啥暖風，睡覺旁邊那個門嗷嗷進風，窗户也鎖不上，反正就是冷被窩是涼的，被子裏面的芯發黃的。主要空間大價格便宜。
