executive lounge was closed all times.

charged for extra bed was very expensive.

완다비스타 예전에 비해 건물이 이젠 노후된 느낌인데 그래도 개인적으로 좋아하는 호텔입니다. 신축호텔 대비 객실 크기도 크고 침대도 편안해서 잘쉬고 왔습니다. 체크아웃 연장해주셔서 편했습니다.

相比香格里拉，我還是選擇文華多的。但這次真的太讓人失望了！大堂蕭瑟荒涼沙發感覺陳舊又臟 首先我們半夜才去到辦入住大過年的竟然也沒有説送個早餐什麼的，雖然我們都睡到自然醒也吃不了。最最最噁心人的是這個古董吹風機。真沒想到。號稱五星級酒店的配置不是戴森也就算了竟然是一個不知道哪個年代的古董好像衹有1200w？半天吹不幹。而且插哪個插頭都不靈，浴室不行床頭也不行衹有蹲在地上入門那個櫃子旁邊的才可以！！！無語之極。感覺此文華非彼文華。以後可能都不會選擇這酒店了。

房間寬敞明亮乾淨。早餐也不錯還有游泳池和健身器材！
布且環境、衞生各方面都不輸其他家，真的必來，樓下200米就是地鐵2號線還有公交樞紐站出行方便。酒店硬件設施都
非常不錯，值得一提的是服務人員素質都很高，前台和禮賓服務都很熱情，尤其禮賓一個小夥，剛到門口就過來主動幫我拿行李，是一次非常滿意的體驗了

房間衞生很堪憂，垃圾桶裏有垃圾，衞生間牆面上有類似血跡的東西，地毯很臟，窗户上全是油膩膩的手印，浴缸裏也有頭髮，一進屋有股發黴的味道，也不知道他家客房是怎麼管理的，聯繫前台，前台安排了一個貌似實習的男孩上來，領我看了三間客房，結果間間房間如此，那個男孩自己都懵了，最後是一個前台大副幫我解決了，説實話她也挺好無奈😮💨我想説的是，作為一個五星酒店，這服務、這衞生、真是德不配位啊。
