早餐挺好的，就餐人很多。
商場能玩的地方很多，第一次去不太好找遊樂場。

中午一點到，説房間沒清掃出來，讓等通知，結果四點去前台，房間還沒清掃出來，這放在全世界酒店也是獨一份，前台有不排隊的服務員也不管，進了房間，衞生間不給放手紙！洗漱台不放洗手液，放潤髮乳你敢信！在九層樓還能聽見地鐵呼嘯而過，每隔五分鐘呼嘯一次，中央空調後半夜也不好用，房間冰冷，早餐排隊不説，小氣的要命，第一次在五星級酒店早餐看見鹹鴨蛋被切成小塊，四瓣湊不出個整蛋黃來。前台服務員半夜2330給你打電話讓你交房錢，起碼禮貌不懂，真無語！

房間不大，衞生還行，設施也還好，泳池小，這個酒店全是帶小朋友的家長住，早上吃早餐全靠搶的，而且桌子都沒有人收，可能過年服務員太少，應付不了這個局面，我們衹住了一晚就換地方了。

完全不理解怎麼能叫做五星級酒店，這個價位第二天立刻換了希爾頓還省了三百一晚。問題是裝修老舊，電梯超級慢，每天出行上下樓都要等好久好久。本來人就超多，然後電梯運行速度還這麼慢疊加起來簡直是太不方便了。早餐排好久，進去了服務員什麼也不管，啥啥都吃沒了也沒人換。想喝咖啡咖啡沒了，想喝牛奶牛奶沒了。我想説如果現在這個區域親子娛樂，完全可以住在香格里拉還是希爾頓然後過來這附近玩，住在這個酒店簡直太坑！
