帶兩個孩子在方特嗨玩了一整天，實在累的腦回路混亂，忘記拍照片😫
不過入住的體驗還是值得説超棒的👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
設施：雨傘☔ 電煮鍋🥣 掛燙機……
衞生：非常滿意 一次性馬桶套……
環境：距離方特很近，附近有便利店，還有小吃車（烤串）晚上酣睡，不吵。
服務：衹要你有要求，就給你辦到！東北人的豪爽！

我們一共三個大人四個孩子，選擇了這個民宿，距離方特很近，開車也就5分鐘。房東小姐姐人特別好，提前一天幫我們把車登記好就能直接開到地下停車場。屋裡也很整潔，有一種回到家的感覺。因為我們帶孩子去的，晚上就沒出去吃，回來自己買的食材涮火鍋，房東小姐姐又特意給我們送的插排和電磁爐，一遍遍的折騰都不厭其煩，真的是有求必應！下次來方特還會選擇你家，強烈推薦！

長這麼大第一次住這麼差勁的民宿，因為第二天要去方特，就在攜程上訂了這個，因為離的近，我們是半夜十一點多到的，開車開到那真實讓我體會了荒無人煙，太偏僻了，這個民宿是一個小區，我們到小區門口不知道怎麼走，想着給發語音吧，不接，接了給你掛了，我們帶着孩子大半夜在小區門口等，兩個女生帶兩個孩子，然後民宿給我發一句一句的話，費了半天勁拿到鑰匙了，進屋一看，第一想法想走，我能退房麼，他説不能。那洗手間一股尿味，特別大，噁心，再説説那兩張床，白色的鐵床都不敢翻身，一動就響嘎吱嘎吱的，另一個床就是床墊子，鋪了個床單，就這房間一晚上將近400，還要200按金，我不知道她家好評怎麼來的，簡直就是坑，

酒店位置很好 離地鐵站1公里（可步行）離方特3.5公里（滴滴10塊）。
衞生很好，很乾凈整潔。
服務態度非常好，店家很熱情，去方特的雨衣可以在這買，一點都不潮。

一般我都不評價，也不推薦，這個確實值得一去！我是出差，喜歡住特色點的民宿，開票報銷都沒問題。分享如下：
【配置】沉浸式洞穴體驗，酷炫燈光、4K高清投影、智能語音全屋控制（燈、投影、音響、窗簾），科技感拉滿!PS有單獨淋浴間、單獨廚房，可以提供更多自主空間。
【服務】:老闆熱情周到，我自己開窗進蚊子
了，半夜又單獨給送了個蚊拍，感動!
【不足】沒有餐食，不過在外面吃或者訂外賣都很方便，願意自己做的體驗一下也可以，有廚房，有冰箱。
【完善建議】配個遊戲手 柄，這樣在床上躺着就能打遊戲了，那愛玩遊戲的要爽到飛起，哈哈哈哈
【遺憾】這麼有才藝的老闆娘，送了兩次東西都放門口的，都沒見到人😂

環境不錯，房東姐姐很給力，在她這訂票比網上便宜，9.30準時入場，買的雨衣也可以重複使用，推薦了早餐和吃飯的地方，還有超市和夜市。方特可以帶食物，裏面的東西貴。

帶倆孩子自駕瀋陽。去方特很方便，幾分鐘的路程。**也很方便，店家很細心提供地址和樓下便利店聯繫方式，可以送貨上門。
