酒店設施良好，房間温馨，床品乾淨整潔，還有會議室和商務區，酒店服務人員態度良好，禮貌熱情，整體風格温暖正式。酒店不僅配有白茶紅茶，還有免費洗衣，免費打印，免費打印，租借充電寶等多種福利。位置交通又很便利，出門就是中街步行街，故宮，小河沿早市，張學良大帥府等，是出差遊玩的不二之選。

酒店設施齊全，服務一流，是我們理想的度假之地，對於我這種對床品要求比較高的人來説，全季的零壓床簡直不要太舒適！！！而且酒店位置距離中街、故宮、大帥府、小河沿早市都非常近，是來瀋陽必住的酒店！早餐種類豐富，有各種選擇，中式西式都可以吃到，而且全季的餐標讓我吃的十分放心，更讓我滿意的一點是酒店的安保措施做的非常嚴格，讓我感到十分安心。

地理位置:離中街很近，地鐵交通非常也方便
服務:前台特別熱情周到，我們剛到的時候天氣挺冷的，辦理入住後馬上給我們提供加熱的礦泉水，客房服務的也很好
早餐:種類雖然不算很多，但是很乾凈，味道也很不錯，餐廳的服務人員也很體貼
衞生:房間很乾凈，就是淋雨晚上水温不夠，淋浴水壓過大，沖的都疼，需要改進
總體不錯

很少寫點評的，但是這次入住必須給個大大的贊，如果有十顆星我都願意，首先大堂的服務小姐姐非常nice，給孩子免費提供了早餐，並且觀察非常細心，我們無意間提到大堂淡淡的味道好聞就給了我們兩個小香氛，並且還幫我提供了充電插頭。餐廳也非常好，餐食簡單好吃而且還熱情的提醒我們就餐時間，總之下次還會再來的

這是我入住的最差勁的全季酒店。
1、早上房門莫名其妙的被服務員打開了，詢問後被告知敲錯門了；
2、浴巾上有如圖所示的臟東西，還是黏糊糊粘到上面的，像鼻屎一樣的東西；
3、早餐特別簡單，熱菜衹有兩個，而且早上8點菜品都是涼的，以至於煮麪的大排場龍；
其他的細節就不一一列舉了，真的很爛很爛。
