The stay was pleasant. They offered us if we want have a late check-out. I think that was considerate of them considering that people celebrate New Year’s Eve and that they stay out late. My only concern was that I made a request upon booking for a better view on a higher floor and they put us on a second floor. That was not pleasant for me. I did not insist anymore since I already wrote it upon booking and if they chose to ignore that then let it be. The interiors need renovating. The breakfast though was good. It has a decent Western/ Asian breakfast. I love that part. The place is literally a 5 minute walk to Sea World.

Amazing services. We were having trouble using the DiDi App to locate a cab in front of the premises after checking-out, the receptionist was quick to catch on and came to offer help on getting us a cab. They even provided their name card and told us we can call back any time for them to help us locate a cab wherever in Shenzhen if needed. Moreover, it was a rainy day and they offered us an umbrella despite me being already checked out, and told us that we can take it with us without returning it. 5/5.

The plus of this stay is definitely the location, which is just a short walk from Seaworld metro station. Seaworld is the heart of the expat community in Shenzhen and is also a popular choice for the weekends by locals. The rooms have all you need, but are more on the simpel and smaller side. Given the price it is still a great choice. Be prepared that staff usually does not speak English, but there is still no problem with check-in or check-out. A good budget choice just by Seaworld!

Great location few minutes away from the sea world and all the fun, clean room but bathroom had a slightly bad smell of pee. Comfortable bed&pillows. Tv is not working cos the wifi is constantly off. We arrive to the hotel around 16:30 and the room wasn’t ready, the receptionist was completely lost and just repeated “you have to wait”.. if I didn’t speak Chinese I might be waiting for my room another hour or so. I had to fight to get a room, the manager simply suggested they return the money, and they wouldn’t care if the rooms in other hotels are more expensive if you booking at the same day. Not the cheapest option to get such a stress to simply check in to fully prepaid room.

To be honest, the soundproofing of the hotel is not good, and the quality of the guests staying there is also very poor. When taking the baby out, the baby is allowed to jump up and down the stairs, run up and down the stairs, scream and run until after 10:30. The parents are also speechless. I am really afraid of encountering such a family when traveling during the holidays. There is a problem with soundproofing. Breakfast is in the shared breakfast area with Ruby Hotel. Every time I go down after eight o'clock, the cups and plates are in a mess. I need to call the staff to add more things. In addition, it is ok. There is a tea restaurant next door to the hotel, which is good and cheap. There are also many small shops nearby. It’s only about ten minutes’ walk to Sea World and relatively close to the subway entrance. I have full praise for Xiao Yuan at the front desk. He is the gentlest person I have ever seen. He handles problems promptly and quickly and considers problems from the perspective of passengers. He does not talk nonsense. He has a very good attitude in helping guests solve their problems immediately. He is decisive and efficient in handling problems. He is more capable and qualified than many front desks in five-star hotels I have seen. I hope Xiao Yuan will get better and better in the future!

Location is ideal if you are staying in the Sea World area very convenient to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Hotel signage does not say Wassim so we walked right past it the first time and then had to ask where the hotel was. It says (something? Sorry can't remember the first word) Apartments. Very convenient to the Seaworld Metro, use exit A. Check in and check out was very easy and the front desk personnel was outstanding. So why did I give Service a 2? The reason is the 3rd party security service the apartment hires is extremely rude and disrespectful. We had 5 groups stay there and each one that was a couple was questioned by security and treated the females like they were *********** being brought back to the hotel. Required them to show ID and go to the front desk before they were allowed to go to their room. Those that did not have their ID with them at that moment (Left in the room) security was very aggressive and did not want to allow them the chance to go to the room and get it then started making threats on calling the police. The hotel did apologies for the issue the next morning, but all the females felt very uncomfortable and scared. The room did not look like the photos, little musty smelling and was outdated. There was no carpet but all tile which is fine, but in the bathroom the tile was extremely slippery. The shower mat they provide to prevent slipping is very small and if you stepped off of it you were at risk of falling. The shower drain did not drain fast enough for the amount of water. The shower was not sealed properly and leaked all into the bathroom floor the caulking was old and had mold on it. The water leak made it even more of a fall hazard on that slick surface. Patio that I had was very spacious but extremely dirty. Power outlets were limited. Wardrobe did have a lot of space and there was a dresser if you need storage. If you only care about location and not any of the other items, this hotel is good enough.

The service is super good, beyond expectations, there is mineral water for free continuation hahahaha Sound insulation: very quiet, I usually sleep very light, but I can't hear the sound of the corridor and the next door at all here, very good location: very close to the subway station and very convenient, Downstairs road can also walk to a lot of delicious food. Finally, like the short hair front desk lady who helped check out on the last day, the service attitude is very good. Very intimate, in a hurry, there are a lot of delicious food not eaten, come to Shekou again next time.

Temporary business trip, just booked a hotel near the company. I used to live in their home often. I heard that I had recently renovated and changed my name. I thought about trying it out. It was really different. The room was re-organized with wooden floors, the passage carpet was replaced with new ones, the facilities were changed, and the towels were replaced with new ones. I asked the front desk to know that they joined Licheng Langyu, as if Shenzhen is still the first one. The overall feeling is clean and hygienic, the toiletries are also branded, the facilities are very new, the bed is very soft, the waiters are warm and thoughtful, the hotel lobby has also been refurbished, adding sofas and tea; Mainly for my code farmer is to be convenient, their location is not to say, 50 meters away from the subway (the door is the corner) super convenient, there is a breakfast room on the 8th floor, the environment is good, you can see Shenzhen Nanshan, close to the sea world, you can walk for about 10 minutes at night, There are so many young ladies over there [screaming teeth] Of course I am going to experience the fireworks.

Because friends come to Shenzhen to play, they have set a room for 6 days. The price is very high. The room has 3 beds. Especially suitable for families with children, there is an area for drying clothes downstairs, and a small garden yard. The overall living is still good. It is more comfortable than the hotel. Shenzhen is hot and humid, so the clothes are best to have sunlight to dry and wear more comfortably. Better for the skin, the landlord is very nice, will help solve many problems, the pace of life in Shekou is slower than in other parts of Nanshan, it is more suitable for enjoying life ～
