Very poor hotel.
Arrived at the hotel at 2:50pm, but the room was not available because the room was not reserved. You may have to wait an additional 35 minutes. While waiting, there was no air conditioning in the hotel lobby. The outdoor temperature was 35 degrees, and I was sweating profusely. There were no other guests waiting in the lobby. Poor arrangement!
When I entered the room, there was still hair on my hands in the bathroom, there were condom bags on the ground beside the bed, and an unknown smell filled the air. Cleaning standards are very poor.
Will not patronize this hotel again.
