Everything generally fine. However, at check-in, they somehow didn't have a keycard to give us and had to bring it later. Weird.

My son and I have stayed here on 2 separate visits to Shenzhen and have enjoyed the apartment it's comfortable and homey. The location is perfect for getting around in the city. Staff are friendly and accommodating, ever ready to assist with requests and polite.

生日之旅和一眾朋友上來慶祝入住了上梅林的啲House Hotel朋友訂的是一張大床，但酒店給了他一房2室的房間朋友很開心煮得亦很舒服滿意下次再來會再入住貴酒店在上梅林地鐵站卓悅會商場後邊就是真的非常容易找

公寓還行。就是那個充電的，簡直坑人，充十分鐘電6元。卻一點沒充進去，自動停止充電，根本就是騙人的。垃圾。現在商家都這麼缺錢麼？搞個收費的來忽悠人。

酒店地點近地鐵站, 隔離有大商埸可以去買野夾公仔, 人流不多,
房間尚算整潔, 因為第二日有景點有早去, 原本想7點半CHECK OUT, 但原來8點才有員工
