The hotel lobby staffs were great. Always happy and willing to assist on several of my request. Hotel cleanliness was fine except on one day whereby there were some hotel guests secretly smoking inside the room and after checkout the staff have to clean and air the room. Unfortunately, the smoke smell had spread to my room which causes some uneasiness to my family. I think they should install smoke detector inside the room to immediately warn the hotel staffs once someone smokes inside the room.

I especially want to say that some episodes in the room just arrived: I wanted to turn on the air conditioner but couldn't turn it on. The remote control switch of the air conditioner did not respond. So I asked the front desk on WeChat , who knows that the front desk replied that the air conditioner in the living room is being deployed, and it can't be turned on for the time being. We opened the air conditioner in the room. But we try to open the air conditioner in the room. Since the air conditioner is being deployed,  should explain  on the website before the guest makes a reservation, not after the guest finds the problem.  After communicating with the front desk, ask us to change rooms. When we were about to go to the front desk to negotiate, an aunt came to knock on the door and successfully helped us turn on the air conditioner. I found that the air conditioner here is a bit tricky.  You have to press the switch and temperature buttons at the same time to turn on. Finally, the air conditioner problem was solved, so I didn't go to change rooms. In terms of facilities, there is too little space in the toilet and bathroom, and there is too little water pressure, the flow speed is very slow, and the shower is very inconvenient; the TV can only watch the set-top box, and try to search the station to watch other TVs, but it is only one night, so I have to just have a moment.

When I arrived late, the transfer service was unavailable, so he walked me to the next building. It was just a five minute walk, but I appreciate the kind service. In the building of my loft, I didn't understand how to turn on the heat, so a young lady at the front desk walked me to my room and showed me how to use the air remote controller. The included breakfast was from KFC and is hung on your doorknob at 7am. Also, the hotel I stayed in is a 40 floor residential building with lofts being rented out for guest. Very quiet. Super comfortable bed. Hot water. Free milk and coconut milk. Towels. Wash clothes. Hand towels. Hot water kettle. USB outlet. And it in Cloud Park which has countless food options and coffee shops. Manor, Starbucks, KFC, MsDonalds, KFC, and an amazing new place service western food. Tequeiro, 2nd floor of building 8 (main hotel building). Overall, a great visit! Food pics from Tequeiro.
