Very well locates just in front of Windows of the World and in the vicinity of Happy Valley, the hotel deserves its good reputation. Nice amenities, very good pool, nice staff, delicious breakfast. We booked for one night only, after some not good experiences in other hotels during our trip, but we just decided to extend the stay for a third night in a row. Do we need to add more? ;)

The lobby exuded sophistication, adorned with exquisite chandeliers and luxurious furnishings. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel instantly welcomed. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a superior guest experience were evident from the very beginning. Room and Amenities: Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and tasteful decor. The room was immaculately clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-stocked mini-bar, a coffee machine, and a large flat-screen television. Incredible jaw dropping outdoor heated pool and unheated children’s water playground. A private fake beach connected to a 1.4m depth pool. Perfect for my 1 and 5 yo. Not many staff speak English so unfortunately difficult to get any decent service - even from concierge for a simple restaurant recommendation was painful. Watch out for mould in the pool. Needs closer cleaning. The room is so old and tired but they try their hardest to keep it clean. Unfortunately the ventilation in the toilet was terrible and the room smelt like sewage. Loud clubbing music was playing outside the window facing the pool until at least 9pm - I fell asleep to the sound of the beat. There’s no sound insulation so not great for light sleepers - heard 5-6 other guests walking back to their rooms at night.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent breakfast choices and a kids play area next to the dining area is a great help. 20 minutes in a taxi into the center of Nanshan or Futian and a 10 minute stroll to a mall with decent restaurants. They let us check in early and check out late with no extra charges…will stay again.

Awesome location, the rooms are a bit old but it's supposed to be old-school anyways and it's clean. Facilities are pretty good (breakfast/restaurant, the gym, swimming pool etc everything is really nice). Most of all the service was 10/10. I needed an international plug adapter they gave it to me for free, they allowed me to check out very late since my flight was only late afternoon, and finally after loosing my earpods in the room, I called them one day after my checkout to inquire about it, they had already found it and they arranged to ship it back to me in Shanghai.

The hotel generally can still room in the 46th floor below, this check-in arrangement to the east, the room scenery can also see the Futian District, opposite is the ZTE and united think company building. The hotel breakfast is good, the staff is abundant and Lynn service is very good, and the swimming pool and gym of the hotel are quite large. The scenery outside is the opposite of the room, so it is also fresh. I will come again next time

My family and I recently stayed at Andaz Shenzhen Bay Hotel for one night, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had with our two young daughters. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service provided by the staff. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very well-maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed with stunning views of the city skyline. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar and the personalized welcome note from the hotel manager. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's fantastic amenities. We spent several hours at the hot spa jacuzzi. We were able to easily explore the area, and the hotel staff provided us with excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities. The service and the crew members are TOP. They strive very hard to make you feel like an honored guest. Even the crew who can not speak english or little english were trying hard to communicate and help. The room are very spacious and well equipped. The views (Room, restaurant and bar) is amazing. The food is good but it is not to the standard expected from Raffle. Some quick examples: The croissant are bad (sorry I am french), the breakfast buffet choice too limited and the teppanyaki beef (top quality beed but the cut included fat parts). Did I mention the quality of the crew?

This is a great hotel situated at a beautiful area in the NanShan district. I booked the corner room and the views whilst taking a bath was amazing. There is bathing salt so as to prevent my skin getting to wrinkly after half an hour of bath. The room design is so elegant I would love to stay here for a few more days. A definite return to this hotel some time soon. The breakfast was delicious, not to mention the executive lounge experience-- wide choice of alcoholic beverages, and snacks in the evening. Excellent location for talking business.

The booking said check in time was 2:00 pm I arrived around 3:00 but my room was not ready to check in until 5:00 pm I don’t think i’ve ever experienced this in my life… Anyways, they offered me to use the gym facilities while we wait which was nice the manager Franco was very kind and attentive as it is easy to get lost if it’s your first time. The room is spacious and clean even during holidays there is a lot construction going on so be aware of that since the area is quite new. The amenities you have to call reception, had to ask for toothbrushes the conditioner in the shower was pretty much empty. Speaking of construction the outdoor pool is not finished yet, the indoor pool loung chairs are very limited but very comfy. Breakfast service was nice but is quite narrow the space between food and tables so many children are running around the buffet. Overall 3.5/5

Great hotel! Check in was easy and clean spaces. The hotel room was specious and clean. Had some issues with the aircon but the hotel staff fixed it for us very promptly. Very convenient to order takeaway that gets delivered by a little robot. The location was okay, though it’s easy to take a taxi to go anywhere anyways so it didn’t matter too much.

Beautiful room with a balcony and great view of city and bay. Very clean. Lovely freestanding bathtub. Amenities good, but wish they had a nespresso or similar machine. or at least milk for in room coffee. Bed also a bit hard for my liking. Was disappointed that no food available for room service after 11pm. However, they readily brought us ice bucket & champagne flutes. Front desk very helpful and hotel very nicely decorated for holidays. Overalll a super comfortable experience. Was there for a on-site event. Very convenient and great location in Shenzhen.
