Pick and drop taxi service is unavailable. I had to search taxi in morning. Rooms are in good condition. No ironing table available.

Perfect location on Mall Road near lift .. no need to search for good food outside on Mall Road as hotel premises got pyramid brewery .. which is best place to chill out… nice live music everyday ***** with DJ … I booked a family room with 3 bedrooms in one room and 2 washrooms . They got only one such room . Hotel got no parking as it’s on Mall Road .. so we need to park our car on parking near lift which is only 50 Mtrs away from lift .. they charge Rs 300 per day .. online booking price is more .. but don’t take risk .. go for pre booking if going in season or weekend

Very loud sound in bar unable to sleep due this sound till late night. Also hot water issue resolved after 2 hours due to this we were very late for next destination.
