The hotel is located in the medical area in Shiraz. You can get to all of the attractions by using Taxi. The hotel is clean & neat and the staff are friendly.

Stayed in a double room. Approximately 4000 yen. Although it is a little out of the center, the facilities were very good and there was a bathtub. Recommended if you want to stay a little richer.

The location was great and although the facilities were old, the staff were friendly and enjoyable.

Judging from Iran's standards, it's not bad.

The rooms are shabby and need updating. Breakfast is mediocre, but overall ok for the money.

I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone at all! pleae please select other places. The worst place I've ever tried was this hotel. Everything is so old and broken and dirty and ugly. The hotel is unfamilliar with any technology. The doors and door handles are broken, chaires are broken, sheets are dirty, dishesh are cracked and dirty. Not a single positive point. When you eat in the restaurant or bufey you will feel disgusted by the greas and dirt on chirs and desk and dishesh. you can clearly see food leftovers of people who ate there thousands of years ago. I tried one meal at restaurant and it was a total regret at its very first moments, expensive, raw, salty, small amount, late, and awful. Besides the tourism department charged us about 2million tomans for Takht-e-Jamshid, but then I hired a car and went there by 150 thousand tomans and took back my money.

The room is very clean, And the crew are very kind, like Vhim,nelissa, Jamaica and sunil. Nice Hotel, very Clean room, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, like Vhim, nelissa,Jamaica and sunil. Food was good and great

Good service. From airport to hotel. Upon the entrance employees assisting us with our luggage and offering something to drink. Ms. Nelissa and Ms. Jamaica are very accomodating as well as Mr. Sinil and Mr. Vhim. Highly recommended ondeed.

Everything was unbearable. The rooms are dirty. The bathtub was broken. Although we warned them several times, they did not solve the problem and the water remained in the bathtub for several days. The staff was not friendly. All hotels everywhere in the world give room access cards to the number of people. We requested at this hotel, but they gave us only one entry card. Very poor quality breakfast. The quality of restaurant dishes is very low. I do not recommend at all. This hotel should be closed.

I do not recommend this hotel. Too dirty carpet. Awful service. Awful restaurant. The bathroom was horrible. After bathing, the water in the bathtub remained for several days and was not removed. They promised to change the room, but they didn't. There were very few electrical outlets. There was no electrical outlet even next to the desk. Instant coffee was not available in the room and there was not enough tea. A heel puller, shoe pad cleaner, and sewing tools were unavailable in the room. The staff are friendly but do not care about your complaints about the bathroom or other awful services.

The hotel is spacious and good. Very friendly staff. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom has not been repaired professionally, but it is clean. Breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner are average. Unlike most hotels worldwide, they refused to give us two key cards for the room.

Thanks to boomers team. Had a lot of fun. Best place to hangout after work. Special thanks to vivek for a wonderful treat. Definitely am gonna back sooner with ma friends. Excellent service..ambiance too good
