訂壽寧縣的賓館時，仔細查看了旅客對壽寧賓館的評價，最終還是選擇了壽寧賓館。親身的感受，總體很好，經濟實惠。周邊幹什麼都方便，車輛總能停下。房間稍顯陳舊但很大，衞生方面沒什麼可以挑別，房間很整潔，網絡正常，衹是冷水一直混濁是個問題，雖然可以喝礦泉水。

第一次住壽寧賓館，就想着因地名而命名，壽寧”地標賓館。賓館總體來説，不錯。這個差評是給前台的，前台是賓館的門面和形象代表。很遺憾，服務態度完全很弱！

賓館比較老舊，但是位置比較好，有一個停車場，在壽寧狹小的街邊無法提供停車位的，環境也很寧靜，保安，服務員態度都很好，就是房間剛進去有一股酸味，開窗通風完還可以接受，設施有點陳舊，沒有提供早餐。
