We ended up not staying here because they wanted a $150 deposit on the room once we got there. I understand that sometimes hotels do that but this is a hotel room for those of us on a budget. I 100% do not recommend this hotel. The lady at the front desk was rude as well.

There was an additional $150 deposits upon check in that wasn’t known before hand and the clerk acted as if he’d rather be anywhere but there. The room looked nice though and clean besides the microwave having burns inside of it. The shower had very low pressure and no hot water the room also didn’t provide any little soaps

The room was disgusting the bed cover had black ash stains and food debris all over it hole in the bathroom door hole ls in the bed sheets someones sock on the floor when entering there were roaches someones kids food in the fridge coffee pot had no pot to it booking stated service animals were exempt from fees upon check in they told me it didnt matter service animal or not i had to pay pet fees to check in or i wouldnt get a room or a refund they have a sign upfront stating if you dont like your stay you can leave with no refund we were forced to stay 3 nights instead of leaving upon check in due to a no refund option

I do believe I need a refund. Because the lady at the front was the only person. That Was really nice, and that's all I can say about that because.
I was so scared and didn't feel safe in So I was wondering if I could get a refund and say somewhere safer. Thank you

Available breakfast only included coffee, fruit loops and juice. Smokefree room had bathroom where smoke smell seemed to come in the vent.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. There were no hoodies hanging around, and I didn’t hear any gunshots or anything. It was perfect!
