一進屋一股異味，房間太冷了，暖氣拔涼，還響，睡不好，在裏面還不能上鎖，早餐7點30去了都涼了。但是前台服務小妹很熱情。窗外白雪皚皚風景不錯，樓內有快餐也挺方便。

住了好幾天 由於房間特別潮 續訂後換了房間 但結果更潮了 而且中央空調全是煙味 下水道通了 但衞生更差 睡着渾身都很難受 住過不少無窗的酒店 但第一次碰到這麼潮濕的 地理位置還行 不然早就換酒店了 總體體驗很差

環境比較刺，被罩老舊，毛巾更是不能用，毛巾多少年沒換過的一樣，都破了，早餐就是幾樣菜品，整體感覺很差，價格還高

衞生簡直堪憂啊！第一個房間，床單皺皺巴巴的，枕套也皺皺巴巴的，床單上還有頭髮和不明的液體痕跡…一看就是服務員沒更換新的直接用的舊的繼續用！換了一間…床單上還有JJ毛…*的…就這衞生環境！前台解釋説是收拾的時候不小心遺落的…理由太牽強！
