1. The location is large and parking is very convenient 2. We have a total of 3 double rooms. The shower heads in the bathroom are very old. Some large and small shower heads cannot be switched back and forth. The large shower heads are still crooked. I suspect they are old ones moved from elsewhere, but it is shown that they were opened just a few days ago. Moreover, the water in one room was hot and cold for a while. The front desk said it was debugging, but this situation did not happen in the two rooms next to it. 3. I also booked a double bed room. It was originally arranged on the 10th floor, but there was a smell when I opened the door. It was obvious that the ventilation of the room was not good, so I moved it to the 8th floor. The night light in the double room faces the bed, and it cannot be turned off except by pulling out the key card. For people who don't like light, it is a torture and they can't sleep well all night. This is the first time I’ve seen a hotel that can’t turn off the night lights on its own. 4. The dining environment is good and the service attitude is also great. The hot water for breakfast is warm water, and soy milk and milk are also warm to cold. It is recommended to place candles underneath for heating. 5. Although it is a smart house, there are no instructions for use in the house, and I cannot adjust the TV channel. I have to call the staff over to know that I need to say "little T". It is recommended to post a simple instruction manual on the blackboard next to the TV so that people can understand it at a glance.

The room was very nice. The Hampton by Hilton brand has always been my favorite. I have a Jinjiang membership, but the booking price was not as favorable as Ctrip, so I decisively placed the order with Ctrip. The laundry service is particularly good, with direct drying.

I don’t know if the hotel is newly renovated, but the smell is quite strong, especially on the lower floors, and the rooms also smell! Advantages: novel facilities, high cost performance, large rooms shortcoming: 1: The front desk staff is not good, maybe they are not ready in time. When waiting to check in, one person will handle it, and the other will stay next to it. They will wait until the last one is almost over before telling them to check in. In the middle of the check-in process, there will be more Just chatting and whispering is really enough! 2: I asked for shoes, toothbrushes and bath towels, but they were not delivered after three hours after I left. I called the front desk and the eldest sister brought two towels. I told her that I needed them and she sent them to me. Within a few minutes, they were delivered. I also gave them what I needed just after the phone call. I want to know if the front desk is a decoration? Don’t you have this kind of communication record problem? Overall, the experience was poor and not worthy of this brand! ps: The service staff at breakfast are much better than those at the front desk!

酒店是今年2月份新開業的，所以設施非常新。 酒店位於新區周圍處於待開發狀態，所以吃飯需要進城，不過好在城市不大，開車不到十分鐘就可以到達萬達廣場了。 工作人員非常熱情，遇到客人會主動問好。早餐時段人多的時候工作人員也會耐心解釋。 早餐的品種很豐富，超出預期。

差評，這是我們第一次給希爾頓歡朋酒店寫差評。我們在山西旅遊，基本都會入住希爾頓歡朋，但同大同歡朋的友好熱情相比，朔州歡朋差距太大。原因一: 60多歲的長者早上需要吃葯，向前台要6瓶水（因為頭一天前台的工作人員説每天可以提供6瓶免費水）。前台的工作人員説衹能給4瓶，還是300多毫升的小瓶。兩天兩個標準，水的體量還縮小了。我反覆説明是長者吃葯需要煮一些水，雖然最後水來了，但搞的心情不爽。如果每天就4瓶300多毫升的水，那就入住的時候説清楚，我們好提前買好水。原因二: 我們住15層，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，冷熱變換需要等，我湊乎着洗完澡，渾身發冷，趕緊吃了葯才沒有發燒。原因三: 房間不隔音，從晚上10點多到凌晨2點，一直有房門在響，隔壁聊天聽的很清楚。我們不得不起來3次，去敲門請人家小點聲音。唯一感覺好好的是早餐，餐廳的工作人員都很幫忙，服務態度也好。我們已經決定不再住希爾頓歡朋了，接下來的旅程，我們會更換成美麗豪等酒店，最起碼水隨便喝。

服務特別特別不滿意，第二次入住了前台那麼兇，一點都不客氣 早上吃早點，正好有三個客人，服務員直接説你們三人住一間麼，不等人家後面的人拿出房卡來，就直接問，這服務真的絕對的了 希望酒店領導能夠高度重視你們的服務，對人員能夠進行培訓，不希望讓服務毀掉我們希爾頓這個品牌！感謝🙏🙏🙏

新店裝修很雅緻，前台小孟服務熱情，免費停車場很方便，很滿意。 早餐很好吃，東西很全，大廳的餅乾有點香，一開始以為是紅糖嘞🤔 房間很大，投屏看了一晚上的電視劇 附近還有西安特有的茶話弄奶茶，這點是我沒想到的，小小朔州還有分店。

非常好，還送了果盤！謝謝服務人員！ 環境：方便，舒適， 衞生：乾淨整潔， 服務：衹有你想不到，沒有他們服務人員做不到！棒棒噠

恢河的流水在城南拐了個彎，舉世聞名的希爾頓在這裏獨佔一遇，城景與河景相映入簾，一切美好與乾淨舒適相伴，夜不再漫漫。
