The staff are super nice and friendly, the location is pretty good about 5 minutes walk to the river, the hotel super clean and quiet but wifi doesn’t work that good sometimes is run off.

Not very clean, smells a bit musty. The staff speak confused English, located in an alley with a rough entrance. The swimming pool seems not well maintained as it should be.

Beautiful boutique hotel. 8 rooms with a salt water pool, the garden is like living in a paradise. If you are in mango season, the hotel has mango tree which they serve organic mango shake. Good breakfast, comfortable bedding,TV cable, big room with balcony. The hotel is off the main road, 10 mins walk from old town or 5 mins by Tuk Tuk cost $2 short ride. Best of all I don't get the car pollution, no traffic noise, I can hear the birds sing, there is no city noise, watch the sunset orange/purple colors and the moon is there to watch on the balcony. Best of all the hotel is located in residential area. I can dip in the Cambodia culture, very kind and friendly people. I don't feel like a tourist. Def. recommended.

Nice little budget hotel offering very good value for money. Helpful and friendly staff and only a 10 minute walk to the middle of town. Rooms are dated and basic but you are not paying much so you should not be complaining ! Air con works fine as does the wifi.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay. The staff were excellent, friendly and charming. I met Sam So and his wife and they were an absolute delight! Highly recommend.

Sam so boutique is extremely convenient and peaceful. The owners are lovely and would share with you the best contacts to have a wonderful journey in Angkor and Siem Reap. If you are looking for a place owned by Cambodian people, who truly love their community, it’s the place.

The Sam So reception staff were very polite and nice during the whole stay. The hotel is very quiet and has a private feel to it - it is almost like being in a private villa. However, there was no laundry service or possibility of having breakfast in departure from the information on the ********** -website. There was also no bar. Could be due to low season but not really a hotel standard in this respect.

Very good stay, quiet hotel with few rooms, which means that the swimming pool is almost private ...... and above all an owner and staff of extreme kindness.

La Butique Villa è molto bella e curata. Camere pulite, ottimi servizi messi a disposizione come delivery e guida Italiana per le visite. Personale gentile e professionale. Sam So e sua moglie sono due persone speciali, hanno dato ancora più valore al nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Ottima la piscina.

Bellissima struttura… le camere sempre pulite e con aria condizionata, la piscina bellissima e fondamentale per rilassarsi dopo i tour nei templi di Angkor . La colazione ottima ed il personale sempre sorridente e gentile. Un grazie speciale al proprietario SamSo e famiglia… se tornerò in Cambogia, sicuramente fisserò nuovamente un soggiorno presso SamSo boutique Villa.

Personale gentilissimo, pulizia e ospitalità.il proprietario e la moglie sono due persone fantastiche e parlano benissimo italiano. Esperienza bellissima. Il residence ha anche una piscina salata super rilassante, soprattutto dopo una giornata molto calda 😃

Très bon hôtel, les chambres sont grandes avec un trèsgran lit très confortable,avec les toilettes séparés, la douche et spacieuse 🤩,il y a un petit dressing . La propreté, les services, le personnel, tout est là pour passer des vacances merveilleuses 😍. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est calme et pas loin du centre et des marchés. Je le recommande vivement 🥰🥰🥰

Très bon hôtel, chambres spacieuses agréable, jolie piscine et bien sûr un personnel très accueillant et très à l écoute, reflétant parfaitement la mentalité cambodgienne. Le patron ainsi que sa femme sont devenus des amis. Ces derniers font l effort de communiquer dans notre langue.
