Very nice and reasonably priced hotel. The location is quite good, easy to walk to the National Museum, some little shops and restaurants nearby, or you can just grab a Tuk Tuk and go wherever. I didn’t try breakfast but I went for lunch at their restaurant. The food and price was very good, in addition you can get 25 % discount coupon for the restaurant when checking in. The room was clean and everything was standard and nice. The only thing I missed was more electricity outlets by the bed. I was in a twin room and there was only one socket to plug in phone, and other devices to charge. Overall was happy with my stay.

A friend had booked a room for me in this hotel for four nights. I was on the ground floor, and was very happy with the room. Air conditioning worked well, and although I was close to the reception area, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable A large double bed and some oversized furniture is used to furnish the room. Cambodian furniture is massive, a cherry red color and practically speaking, immovable. Had NO problems with the internet and had a good nights sleep. Outside the hotel are tuk tuks - dedicated to the hotel - ready to whisk away any visitor to any part of the city one chooses to vist. The drivers do speak English. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, and for a vegetarian the selection was adequate - barely. Cost of the buffet is USD 5.00 Alongside the rooftop breakfast room (terrace) there is a small swimming pool, more suited to those who wish to cool off, rather than those hoping to swim laps. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. A couple of major markets are within walking distance. Vit KIng restaurant (exclusively vegetarian) IS close by, but the selection is pretty limited unfortunately. Siem Reap is a nice town, well worth spending a few days in. Pretty much wherever one would want to go (with the exception of some attractions like Angkor Wat), is within walking street - the entertainment hub, and tourist market - Pub Street is nearby. If staying more than a night, ask for a discounted rate. The reception desk staff are helpful and well informed.

This hotel and its amazing staff are out of this world. This was the most pleasant, enjoyable stay of our entire life. The hotel is lovely, really charming and clean. The room was enormous, bright and well insulated and the breakfast was nice. The staff was over the top, really there are no words, they made us feel very welcomed and at home there! The bar at the pool is also amazing. We were also given a very nice breakfast for our 4am Angkor Wat tour and the staff even offered to call a tuktuk for us to visit the ruins another day. A tip: do not miss out the restaurant!!!! It is absolutely delicious! Had we known our stay was gonna be so pleasant, we would have booked for more days! It is definitely our go-to hotel and we are looking forward to going again hopefully soon. We've been to many nice hotels in many different coutries and no one is even close to this one. While looking for hotels in Seam Reap we saw a lot of nice options and the key point that made us go for this one were the reviews about the amazing staff. Well, let me tell you that no review really truly can reflect how cozy, comfortable and happy you'll feel there. We were over the moon with this hotel and recommend it 100000%!!!!

The hotel is prefect including location walking to pub street in 15 mins, restaurant near by and in the hotel, reasonable price, staff is helpful, but I was at 3/fl, I could hear sound from the 4/fl bar. Most of time the noise will stop around 10:30 pm.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

Big sturdy 3* hotel. Old fashioned oak in bedrooms. A little run down but did the job. Like bathroom toilet roll holder very tarnished. Also bathrobes in wardrobe dirty with stains. Good choice for breakfast but same every day. Very good quiet location. 5 mins to walk over bridge to night market and pub street. My room at back of hotel so very quiet. Didn’t care I didn’t get a view. Just wanted quiet. They organised airport pick up and temple travel. Early take away breakfast was also given to me without asking for my 4:30am temple sunrise visit! Nice surprise. Overall good value for money in good location but needs some love.

The hotel location was very convenient for food and everything. The room was very neat and clean, nice bedding. The staff were very attentive and energetic, highly recommended

Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.
