The property was very clean, the location was within walking distance to most sites. the view from from our room was lovely. Breakfast was very good - the typical European things, yogurts, cereal, meats and cheeses etc. This property I felt was difficult to contact anyone before we arrived. I tried calling the property for at least 4 hours and a recording said it was not available. Once I arrived I was told the owner was on vacation and was given a different number should I need to contact anyone. I think this should have been done prior to my arrival. Although our room was cool when a/c was on, it was a floor model and it made a lot of noise. During the night the air conditioner kept us awake. Also within a 5 minute walking distance is a wonderful museum called Museo Di Astoria Naturale dell Accademia dei Fisiocritici which was a great museum. Free entrance, donations only.

It was wonderful in all respects--comfortable, with a beautiful view, excellent breakfast, very quiet and only a few minutes walk from the duomo. Our host was gracious and helpful.

La struttura si trova in una via di Siena da cui è possibile raggiungere a piedi i luoghi e monumenti prinicpali e caratteristici della città: la posizione è ottimale quindi anche perchè si trova vicino ad una delle porte di accesso alla città e vicino ad un parcheggio coperto. Il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo per ogni mia necessità in particolare: - mi ha permesso di sostare con la macchina di fronte alla struttura per scaricare i bagagli. Questo ha comportato l'ingresso nella ZTL della città. Il proprietario stesso ha poi comunicato la mia targa a chi di dovere per evitare multe. - Buono sconto per il parcheggio coperto - Allestimento della colazione con un ricco buffè caratterizzato da prodotti di qualità (non le solite marmellate del supermercato per esempio) e sopratutto la premura di andare a prendere il pane caldo appena sfornato. Posso quindi solo che consiglire vivamente per un soggiorno nella bellissima città di Siena
