Profesional, clean and good breakfast. The hotel has a good position . 10 minutes by car and 15 min by bus. If you wsnt to walk it will take 25 min till the storical center. Siena georgeus by the way! I founs hotel la colonna online and was not very sour at the beginning but i will come back for sure!

The bus is literally 20 steps away, takes you straight up to piazza Indipendenza. There’s also a quick grocery right there. The pool looked amazing and just as advertised, everything was very clean and nice.

We paid an extra €70 for a double room with a garden view as opposed to the regular street view. Visible from the room window was a gravel roof of a building below and a car park, we raised this issue with the staff at reception and we were told there was nothing that they could do and we had to pay the premium for the room anyway. Staff insisted that the extra charge was not only attributed to the view but also the lack of noise from the road at the front of the hotel, the traffic however can still be heard from these “garden view” rooms. P.s be prepared to pay tourism/hotel tax at checkout based on the length of your stay, details are not included in the information given by the hotel and this may not be common knowledge for tourists.

The bus stop (to take you up to the old town of Sienna) was literally two minutes from the hotel. There is information on the bus stop telling you when your bus is due. so you can go and wait in the hotel. (very scary exciting ride up and back to the town. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed. Shower (inside bath) very cleverly designed. Breakfast acceptable very helpful staff. Over all enjoyed our stay at interesting Siena. Pat and Ellert Meyer

Per il nostro anniversario abbiamo scelto hotel la colonna. Abbiamo scelto una camera vista piscina ed era molto silenziosa. Pulizia impeccabile. Arredo semplice ma scelto e carino. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salato . Hanno un oarcheggio a pagamento interno ma noi avviamo optato per il parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Da ritornare quando apriranno la piscina.

Molto consigliato! Camere pulite, colazione abbondante e parcheggio gratuito vicini al hotel. L’hotel e ben posizionato e pochi minuti dal centro storico. Il personale gentile e preparato. In linea alle aspettative. Continuate cosi! Bravi!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale 4/5 giorni prima del nostro arrivo a Siena! Il check-in era dalle 14:00. Il giorno stesso in cui avevamo il pernottamento alle 16:00 circa ci arriva un messaggio e successivamente una chiamata da parte dell'hotel la colonna. La stanza da noi prenotata in realtà non c'era mai stata. Avevano solo una stanza con due letti singoli che hanno provato a rifilarci, non riuscendoci. Ci hanno poi garantito con gli stessi soldi un'altra stanza in un altro hotel. Stanza che non valeva assolutamente i soldi che avevamo dato per la loro matrimoniale. Siamo stati costretti a chiedere rimborso e cercare da soli all'ultimo una stanza in un altro hotel spendendo soldi in più. Questo loro errore ci ha portato un grande disagio perdendo tempo prezioso delle nostre sc**** ferie.

Camera ok, pulita e c'è il necessario, tv con telecomando non funzionante! Colazione scadente! Solo caffè da macchinetta che era vuota! Senza caffè! Ho chiesto se era possibile avere un caffè decaffeinato e mi hanno detto no! Non verrò più in questo Hotel!!!
