B&B Palazzo Bruchi

Super Host Anna is fantastic and helpful. We have a great stay at Siena as Anna gave us lots of tips for visiting and dinning. However, we do not have much pre-information provided by Trip.com. Even though Anna unable to reach us because of lack of information provided by the website. Suggest to book the hotel directly at the official website to avoid such hiccup.

Lovely quaint hotel with a touch of modern. We stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were comfy and the room was clean and bright. The breakfast was very substantial and varied. The loft/library was a lovely communal space. Our host was very responsive and gave us great recommendations in the area.

What a wonderful few days we had at this fantastic B&B in beautiful Siena. Before, during and after our stay the communication from Anna was clear and helpful, which meant it was easy find and made us quickly feel at home. The room was spotless, the breakfast and amenities were plentiful and the location was ideal - close to the centre of the city yet without all the noise. We would wholeheartedly recommend that you use this place as a base for exploring Siena and surrounding areas.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at B&B Palazzo Bruchi. Our room was very nice and very clean. Instructions on how to access the building were sent prior to arrival and very clear and easy to follow. The coffee and croissants at breakfast were yummy along with the other offerings. Anna was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here and again and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Siena!

We stayed in one of the lofts and we loved it! It had all the amenities we needed! My husband and I came to this property for our wedding anniversary! Anna and Leopold were amazing! Anna was very helpful upon check in with a map and all the “ must see” places as well as restaurant recommendations! They were all great! We will definitely stay here again and recommend this b&b to everyone! Thank you Anna and Leopold for such a wonderful experience! Loved that you were also central to all the attractions! !

Fantastic location with modern facilities inside but a great old property with character on the outside. Anna and Leo are great hosts, very helpful with ideas of what to do and where to go. Would highly recommend.

Location is convenient for visiting Siena. Room was large and included a table and chair plus a daybed for lounging. They did provide some snacks. Nice view of the wall and the countryside. Very high ceiling with lovely murals. Bathroom was a decent size. There are restaurants right outside the building. There was a laundry facility nearby if you are traveling light and need to do laundry. Disliked · I think this is a B&B within an apartment building. We never met the owner so I didn't get the full story. You enter into a dark space that looked like a garage. There is a process for getting your key which involves entering a code into a lock box that was placed just high enough on the wall to make it hard to read the numbers - because the box is inside the dark garage you need to use the flashlight on your phone. There is an elevator which will allow one person with one piece of luggage at a time. The owner did provide photo's of the location of the lock box and the light switches and they did get on the phone with us to help us with the process but after a long day of travel this seemed more complicated then necessary. Once you got to the floor you had to identify the door to your room which looked liked a decorative panel instead of a door. We got a message requesting that we pay cash for the room which was not in the reservation information. This meant a trip to an ATM because we had not planned to pay cash and then we had to take the payment to another property that they own. A hair dryer is provided but the limited amount of air that comes out - you might as well not bother. The room has an air conditioner unit but it is very noisy and doesn't really cool the room.

We were recommended Anna’s place by a local who happens to be my cousin for the August Palio and wow, where do we begin! An insane location just. A few moments from all the action but boasting incredible views across the Tuscan hills out the back which it neighbours with the leocorno contrada. Big spacious rooms with the comfiest beds and excellent AC plus wifi. Freshly cleaned daily and the most wonderful coffee that woke me up after the last night’s festivities. Brilliant value and Anna is not only incredibly friendly and helpful but a fountain of local knowledge that we really didn’t make the most out of as we were there just 4 days. Already looking forward to coming again in 2024!

This is the best place to stay for visiting Siena. The place is located near the center and also it’s very peaceful end quiet. Anna is a fantastic host who’s baking fresh pastries and croissants every morning. And she knows everything about Siena and surroundings and will always help you out. We had a lovely three days and we will definitely come back at her lovely place!
