First, the 2 ladies at the front desk when I checked in were awesome. Over the top helpful, polite and professional.
Second, the room wasnt clean and by that I mean the floor wasnt even vaccumed. There were muffin wrappers on the floor and food crumbs around the bed. There was trash in the trash can.
Thrid, the shower was spraying water from the connection where the shower head meets the water pipe from the wall. It was spraying water all over the wall, light switch and floor outside of the shower.
Fourth, the pillows were hard as was the bed.
The bed was made and the front counter staff was awesome.

Employees were very courteous. Breakfast bar needs some work. Egggs look like they were 2 weeks old. Other than that the room was clean and warm.

Dirty, dirty, dirty!!!! We were with another group had several rooms booked. Bed bugs alive and dead were found. Noticed through the windows that several rooms next to us were torn up with no mattress and bed frames against the walls. We were anxious all night and glad to be on our way the next morning! Area was very questionable. One large section of the hotel/motel was burned out with fencing around. Not sure what caused the fire - was it electrical?
It was definitely an experience I do not want ever again.

The attitude of check in and out staff member changed dramatically. I asked to extend separately the next night, Sunday since I would be working extra hours on Sunday.
I didn't sense an issue.
Sunday, I asked about the stay - since the room curtains were set open, and no "privacy card" was on the outside of the door. I didn't receive any calls or notice. The same desk clerk seemed irritated and said since I booked online that she couldn't extend the stay, and that they room had been cleared on day shift (without any word.)
There were only 5 cars in front of rooms, and this was about 7 p.m. so it wasn't sold out. No indication she would make a room available was made; and made it a point to say a 2nd time, I had booked the room online, and she couldn't extend the stay. I left the room card, and thanked her any ways. I don't plan to stay at Green Tree, or likely Best Western again.

I stayed here on vacation when I was single back in the early 90s.. at the time the rooms were pretty much the same but still clean and there hasn’t been any damage to the second block of rooms.
Being able to park at the door if the unit was helpful as I don’t get around as well I used too. Would be helpful to have another ice machine at the far end of the building so one doesn’t have to go so far to get ice or to go eat the breakfast which, by the way was fantastic from everything that I’ve seen and pictures and reviews. Were it not for the burned up building everything would’ve gotten a five.

This a great place to stay if you have shopping in the outlet mall, in Louisville and the close malls on your list! Definitely will be back here next year!

I liked that the property was all on one level. The breakfast was good. The staff were nice. I didn’t like that part of the property had experienced a fire and there was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot. The room was comfortable just a little outdated.
