Great value for money through Trip. Yes, the place is a bit outdated, hallways a bit noisy (doors) and the breakfast is basic. But the location is nice and I appreciated this more compared to the places I've stayed in the area that were almost double the price.

A slightly "neutral" welcome
Nice three-star hotel. Room 422 is still completely redone.
This hotel did not disappoint me as many people reported.
Quiet room, good Wi-Fi and functional bathroom.
A hearty breakfast, but served on the table due to the coronavirus.
Beautiful swimming pool with good temperature (very pleasant in hot weather)
Apart from a somewhat cold welcome, there is nothing to complain about.

Hotel antiguo pero con algunos puntos a su favor. Ubicación que permite unas vistas fabulosas del Castillo de Silves, piscina muy agradable y parking gratuito. Por los demás, colchones buenos, instalaciones de los años 70 y alguna que otra hormiga en la habitación, pero no pedimos mucho más por el precio que tiene.

I stayed in the single room 411, 1st floor in front of the elevedor and stairway: I heard everything going on in the lobby (checks in/out, bagages' noice, people back from restaurants, etc.); the room has a thin window so I enjoyed the traffic except from 1 to 4am. Though the place is nice, it's noisy.
Plus: on the terrace the ash trays are nevers cleaned, the tables are coffee printed and their is no video surveillance (all perimetrical doors open 24/7) and not always someone at the desk around 4 to 6am (when I got out for a smoke), except the white and brown cat.
The only good points the hotel: quite charming and a good base for visiting Algarve, choosing going East or Ouest depending on the mood.
