Check in was smooth . Room was clean and water pressure strong . Only setback was why no CHANNEL NEW ASIA from TV channel and no bottle drinks? ?????

Very old building and facility hotel. Smooth check in process, but location is not sheltered from train stations.

1. About cleanliness
a. Towels became dirty but were not changed.
b. Cups were not washed. The Tea stains were kept in the cup.
c. No new slippers were provided even my friends and I stayed for seven nights.
d. The washing basin deck in the bathroom was not cleaned. The stains were clearly seen.
2. Notices were not placed in noticeable places.
The Pest Control Misting Exercise notice was placed close to the cup/glass on the table. It was unnoticed until we packed our bags for checking out. I placed most of my things in the suitcase. There should be ample space for putting it somewhere easily noticeable. Or else it could be stuck onto the mirror/wall in the room.
3. No built-in USB socket
It is rather inconvenient and unexpected not to have built USB socket on the wall.
4. Lighting: not bright enough

It was a few minutes away from a metro station and near to shopping malls. Very convenient to get on and off a Grab. We booked two rooms, and they offered connecting rooms. Which was so grateful.

In and out within 3 hours from check-in so do not have the opportunity to enjoy any of the facilities

The said location is great and near to Bugis junction, Bugis Street and MRT stations. Lots of great food around the vicinity.

Repeat stay, great location with direct access to mrt at doorstep. Nearby to city area and Bugis street. Room cleanliness consider acceptable, but do expect signs of aging with wear and tear as the hotel is pretty old. Service from reception is good and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for short stay in city area with unbeatable room price.
