Before anything else might be Said here, It must be known that my family did Not and will never Accommodations of this hotel.. My wife's Brother suffered Massive head trauma The day before yesterdayIs the result of a fall he sustained.Is my wife and her parents areFacing a terrible decision at the very least at least and the death of their son and brotherYesterday after discovering the seriousness of the situation chin I drove my wife down to Sioux Falls also to be with her parents. Obviously they I had enough on their platesDealing with my brother-in-law So I reserved a room at this establishment paid withr credit card And drove down to the hotel To get Everything in order that they might not have to deal with it When they finally left the bedside to get some rest . I didn't have my billfold with me I didn't have my ID With me at the time I surprised him of the situation yeah it's some of the situation assured him that I would not even be staying in the room that I paid for and my wifeWe'll be happy to show her ID earliest convenience. The level of disrespect And outright aggression From the personnel was Outrageous and disgusting. Obviously I booked another room at another establishmentAnd honestly the money I wasted at this establishment it's not an issue for me it's the horrible Treatment I received and lack of respectAnd consideration.. Please boycott this establishment my words here do not come close to the incentive and cruel not to mention stupid conduct of this establishment employees thank you for your time.

We were a late check in. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and nice and got us checked in quickly. Rooms were nice and comfortable. It was nice to have a bar in the hotel that even served pizza. We were with family and went to the bar to talk. The front desk guy even joined in on our fun. He was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic. Great experience. The one problem was that the toilet kept running……did the giggle giggle and got it stopped twice…..

Very noisy being by the bar. Highly recommend staying far from 105 if you want sleep 🙄

Room was clean, decent sized and comfy. TV needs upgraded as it only broadcast in standard definition. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. No meat or eggs. If you like protein for breakfast you're out of luck. However coffee was good. For the price itwas underwhelming.

Overall a good property/stay. Rooms were good size, everything worked. As far as a hotel - good. A couple cosmetic things but nothing serious. Was clean. Right off highway and in a good location safety wise. Make sure you stay at this one on Russel. There are a couple others in the area that we were told were sketch.

I liked the location close to the convention centre for our concert we attended. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast each morning. Would stay here again

Hotel was great, beds were comfortable, house keeping needs to do a better job, the beds still had pet hair on them, the floor in the bathroom looked like they were not swept and the tub had what looked like dried blood and hair, and fridge still had drinks in it from previous stay.
