The hotel is located between two large malls. Both can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is really delicious. Prepared with a lot of love. I had a standard room. These rooms have no wardrobes.
The walls are a little rocked down. The air conditioning didn't work. There is a ceiling fan, but it's not loud. Otherwise I would recommend the hotel with the good service, good location and delicious breakfast, and I'd come back there myself.

I loved this hotel. The location is perfect, close to whatever you need. They offer a beautiful breakfast. The staff is always smiling and friendly. Rooms are always clean. Definitely suggest this place and I will choose again this hotel my second visit to istanbul.

It’s a basic clean hotel in a good location. The Staff was very friendly and helpful . Some of the rooms are very small but we stayed in a suite and it was perfect for us. Breakfast was good also. For this price point it was good overall. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff very friendly. Very basic hotel . Is like 2 stars. Rooms have single glazing windows so all noise from road can be heard on busy road so not ideal if you are trying to sleep. No room service, Wi-Fi weak. Is max 2 stars by European standards

First day our door would not open. Second day, when they cleaned our room they took all the bedding so we slept with just the bedliner. Then the room started to smell really bad. The safe didnt work so we carried our valuables w us for two days. The only person helpful was the young guy w glasses. He helped us w the door and the safe. The rest of the staff were unpleasant and unapproachable. They smoked more than they worked. I think one staff even brought his son and daughter. The young son was at the front desk while the big guy and his daughter smoking outside. We asked them for water. The son said they would bring it up in 3minutes. Never did. Then the water from sink, toilet and shower stopped coming out. Cant wash our hands or use the toilet. We decided to leave because the room stinks, no water, no bathroom. This experience made us want to leave our room and go to Avangarden where you really get your moneys worth. This place is horrible.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Last weekend, due to snow, I checked out quickly, at practically no notice, 2 days earlier than booked and prepaid. They refunded me 2 nights on my credit card, which I have to say, is very nice and totally unexpected. I am using this hotel for my monthly trips to Istanbul, and can highly recommend it. Value for money, good location, metro is closed by. I stayed in room 403 this time, spacious, tea and coffee making facilities. Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff.
