This hotel is just OK. Go to Room #227 (the room I was assigned) and lift off the toilet tank cover - Mold! Look at the shower tub silicone caulking, all black under the silicone caulk - again, mold! The leisure chair in the corner of the room - the arm rests are dirty. I don't even want to think about the bed and look at the filter in the A/C unit. I stay in Hotels a LOT and this one rates just an OK. The front desk guy was helpful; the girls serving breakfast were helpful. No washer & dryer onsite - "Go across the street; there's one there". There are MANY hotels in Bowling Green - The next time I find myself in this town, WHY should I stay there?

I had a late night situation where my key card would not allow me in my room.
I had to wait at the front desk several minutes before someone was there to assist. I waited long enough I was afraid the couch in the lobby was going to be my bed.

Bathroom was small and dirty, tile in bad shape. Was very upset to see a $10 charge for parking. Won’t be back to that hotel

It’s a Hampton, you’re guaranteed to rest comfortably here. The staff was polite and professional. Easy to get on off the freeway

The condition of the rooms and level of service do not reflect the high nightly rate. The lobby is updated but the rooms are very dated. The bathtub was caked with hard water stains and soap scum. I stayed 4 nights and only received housekeeping once. Hampton Inn is usually very reliable and nice but this one was a disappoin**ent esp for the $165 rate.
