The hotel was really dirty and also the room we stayed. It was super dirty I don’t recommend you stay there. If you can afford another hotel, get another hotel.

Everything was very clean and the bed/pillows were quite nice. The tv was also very nice compared to places I’ve stayed in the past.

Overall, the experience was very good. The only drawback, was, we did not know they allowed pets to stay there. Nothing against pets. We have some ourselves. But it was a little noisy. And my wife is allergic to cats. Other than that, it was fine.

This hotel is very well maintained. The room was in really great condition. Everything is very close by. Shopping and dining are just a few minutes away in any direction. I would definitely stay here again.

They still don't have cups, ice bucket, or coffee in rooms. Coffee at breakfast was cold had to wait to get replacement.

Floors were dirty in hallways to rooms - after they supposedly been cleaned- rooms not ready after check in time
Had to move rooms due high school students causing havoc -even after being asked to calm down . Students were ( girls) were running up & down hallway, screaming , beating on doors , walls , slamming doors.
Desk person was by herself when all happened - at night.That’s not safe and how is a person to take care of desk and take care of these issues by their selves.
I don’t appreciate having to move room to another floor after settling in for the night- this was after 10. Was ridiculous.

Everything was really good! The only thing that needs improvement is their breakfast add a little bit more selection! But everything else was really good!
