很少給差評，但這家酒店真的很誇張。提前預訂並付款全款，到店後告訴我overbook，其中兩晚讓我住沒有衞生間和淋浴間的會議室。衞生狀況堪憂，房間內還有沒打掃乾淨的上一位住客的襪子。肯定不會再去住了。

Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Eine Servicepauschale von 2,50€ pro Person /pro Tag war im Angebot nicht erwähnt. Frühstück war gut

約 24小時的飛行及路程， 直到飯店CheckIn 才知道被取消， 飯店人員說很早就已經有通知trip.com, 不知道為什麼trip.com沒有處理， 也沒有通知。 給差評是沒有分數， 沒能打成績， 因為沒有入住不能做出任何評價。 中間嘗試聯絡trip.com都是機器人或是排隊中。 所以， 在海外也只能自己想辦法。 消費者臨時取消要扣全額， trip.com也只能全額退款， 並沒有任何的賠償，似乎不對等的商業行為。
