It was nice to be right in front of the sea, but it was disappointing that the floor level was low so I could see the Sonapu Forest in front rather than the sea. Because the maximum number of floors is low, you probably won't be able to see the sea. The Ferris wheel was visible up close and the atmosphere was refreshing at night. It was a pity that I couldn't cut and dry.

1. Location: 3, 40 minutes walk from the terminal. There is a convenience store on the first floor and a food shop nearby 2. Service: I stayed for 2 nights ... I don't clean it because I don't talk. Downstairs and get towels and bottled water 3. Cleanliness: The room is tidy. It is a non-smoking room, but there is a lot of cigarette smell. 4. Facilities: There is a lot of storage space because it is a residence hotel. The refrigerator is big. There is a washing machine and induction. The facilities were not meaningful because of a short stay, but it seems to be highly utilized for long-term stays or family-based guests

The location is the best. The view is very good. You can see the sunrise from the room. It is within 10 minutes walk to the central market and is convenient to use restaurants and convenience stores on the first floor of the building. There is no reception, but parking and check-in are easy. Microwave in the room. Hair dryer. TV. refrigerator. Kitchen (with cooking tower including tableware), coffee pot, shampoo are available. However!!! It was a lot of disappointment in cleanliness. There was hair and X hair on the floor and shelves on the bed. Dust management such as tables was not maintained. And above all, the bathroom is not clean. When the toilet was stinging and the lighting in the bathroom broke down, it was dark. * There are unnecessary props (frames and harmony, etc.), giving a bad impression. There is no intention to visit again.

This was an accommodation I found in a hurry while on my way to a quick trip with my husband. It had just opened so it was very clean and the sea view was great. The coffee on the 6th floor was very good and the friendliness of the cafe owner was also very very good. I found an accommodation that was very cost-effective. I was so happy. I 100% intend to come back again on my next trip to Sokcho. It was great because it was right in front of Dongmyeong Port! Parking was also very convenient!!
