Very average hotel only pictures on site & google look good , got premium rooms, cleaniness was below average, rates were high due to pool we opted ( temperature was not controlled, construction was going on pool water not clean enough . Housekeeping staff were lousy , only plus point was early check in & nice location

Staff,ambience,food was top notch quality . watching sunset from Sunset restaurant was mind blowing. welcome, drink was okay. Kasauli Towers view from the balcony of my room was amazing. Dinner buffet was bit costly, but breakfast buffet was very good

The location of the hotel is very good..the property is also very nice..the hotel is only 3 years old yet the rooms looks 10 years old..the maintenance of the furniture,restroom was not pleasing at all..they have each and everything well placed and branded in the rooms but it is not at all maintained like the toilet seat was not clean..they provide you everything you ask but professionalism is missing..food was ok..overall it was good experience but could be much much better if they maintain it properly..

Amazing stay with good food. Great hospitality especially by Sunita ji for convincing me to go with Rosetum. Rooms were nice too with balcony and mountain view. Quick few things that can be improved. 1. Heated pool 2. Play area for adolescent kids.

Very nice stay at Rosetum food is delicious views are very nice staff is very cooperative location of hotel is very nice special thanks to Shivani ma’am one of staff member she is very nice and cooperative all the activities are amazing like gym play area buffet breakfast is also very good rooms are neat and clean

Hotel was clean, with excellent services. Food was good and great value for money. Staff was very helpful n kind. Even there parking staff that uncle ji is so polite. Only Kids area needs to improve. There was no activity for kids & toddlers. Love the way they welcomed & served us. Highly Recommended.

We spent an excellent weekend from 23-25 March, at the Rosetum Hotel in Kasauli. Despite the crowds in the town and on the road, the atmosphere was tranquil. The staff did everything they could to make this the perfect weekend. Our room had a balcony where we sat to enjoy the mountain view and , at night, we could see the stars. Everything is super amazing. The property is well maintained . Staff is really co operative & humble , linens are neat and clean , food is delectable & the view adds the charm to the hotel. An excellent holi party was also arranged beside the pool with dhol , snacks and DJ . Kids had great fun . They have good space for kids and beautiful sit out areas . This is the third time we have visited this hotel. And it has become one of our favourite.
