One night reservation. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled for 2 consecutive days. First day no problem to change the date of the reservation for the following day, but the second one when we were not able to fly to Iceland they didn´t answer our mails not even the possibility of refund o store the credit for the near future. It is true that when we requested the invoice the send us inmediately for us to claim the airline. El primero no tuvieron ningún inconveniente en cambiarnos la reserva al día siguiente, pero el segundo cuando ya no íbamos a poder viajar a Islandia después de la segunda cancelación, ni siquiera respondieron a nuestros mensajes de petición de reembolso o de crédito para usar en un futuro próximo. Eso sí, solicitamos factura y la enviaron enseguida para poder hacer la reclamación por compensación a la compañía aérea.
