Hôtel correct mais sa mérite pas 5 etoile j’étais déçus de mon expérience…
Points négatifs :
Petit souci à l’entrée : pas de lit bébé chambre pas conforme à la réservation !
Bruit de Frigo à la chambre qui empêche de dormir
Travaux de bâtiment côté jardin …!

Jaz Tour Khalef is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! From the staff to the facilities to the rooms everything is top quality - deserves to be more than a 5 star hotel (if it was possible). The staff are an ultimate credit to the hotel especially the waiters, cleaners & entertainers. The rep is great & always sorts you the best deal for camel, quad & boat trips. The holiday as a whole was definitely a favourite & we are still riding the high! Hotel is perfect for couples, friends & families & is in a great location. The only negative I could say is the selection of alcohol available is slightly limited & I’d say if you have typical picky English eaters the food may be limited for you - although there’s always pasta & pizza for those who don’t indulge in the Tunisian food. Tunisia itself was fantastic, again the only negative is the locals do like to mither, but even so, they are all so lovely & friendly. Safe to say we will definitely be returning in summer when the weather is even better!

Amazing staff so accommodating polite and happy to help . A few staff members to mention Slah, Hasna, Imed, Snoousi, Fredj, Ali, Mohammad, Char and Adel are just a few Atomosphere was spot on and all services was great I wouldn’t say much about the pool could do with an uplift Grounds around the outside pool and beach was lovely for a swim and food was a great variety

We're still here (Rebecca and Chris - with the rose) and I have to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Service is amazing, drinks are great, and the food is top notch. My birthday was on Friday and they brought out a wonderful cake with candles. I feel like we have made friends here and it's such a beautiful place to stay. When you get here, ask for Joe as he will well and truly hook you up with some fun activities. We also bought a fun boat trip from Captain Smiley Miley, which is obviously not his real name but should be. Make sure you check out the medina and be prepared to haggle. We're here until Thursday and I'm so happy we came. Thank you Jaz Tour Khalef for looking after us so well.

We've been for one week. It's perfect! The food is good! Staff is so happy and wanting to help you. Especially waiter Snoussi! He's the best! Always wanting to help, Snoussi has so much energy!;) always happy, loves joking. He's the best!🇹🇳

We have just had a 2 week stay the staff we really good and very helpful. The hotel needs a lot of money to bring it up to standard . The tiles around the 2 pool's need replacing as there are hundreds of broken,cracked tiles , I always wore my trainers when I was down in these areas. The room we had was a sea view ? As long as you went over to the end of the balcony and looked over to the left, if you sat down you could not see it at all photo added The patio doors had a large gap at the top were the runners had broken and you could not lock them. In the reception at night there was a disco so after dinner if you wanted a quiet beverage you had the BOOM BOOM of the music. Back at the pool's the outside toilets had locks on them but none of them worked. This could be a lovely hotel but needs a lot of money 💰 spent on it. By the way the food was pretty good.

I normally don’t write reviews but I think I have to for this hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel but more like a 3 star plus. We were placed in a room where the wardrobe doors were broken and balcony door handle was broken. Due to excessive noise from adjoining rooms we got moved to another room. The room was dirty and there was a blood of lipstick stain on the bedding. The hairdryer didn’t work and the balcony door handle was missing. There was dust on the lampshades on the bedside which I had to clean. I didn’t want to ask to move rooms again as it was so difficult to move the first time. I was violently ill on day 2 and ill again on day 5, 6 and 7 with stomach upset. I realised afterwards I was ill from the seafood I ate on day 1 and the italian a la carte on day 6. My son was also violently ill on day 2 and we had eaten different foods. I must say the staff and waiters are very nice but the maids on floor 4 were lazy. I didn’t get complimentary robes or slippers like some guests did. They didn’t clean the room properly rather even in front of me. I had to keep asking for an extra blanked on day 2 as I was so ill with diarrhoea and temperature. It seemed like if you are south asian you don’t get the same VIP treatment as the british or european guests did even though I was tipping the waiters etc. I hope this review doesn’t get deleted as this has been my worst holiday experience ever!!!
