It was a two-day all inclusive stay, but I already miss it. Everything was perfect.

This is a standard all-inclusive hotel in Sousse. It’s a little dated in places but very clean and you can’t go wrong for the price. The staff are very helpful and I love how they include lots of Tunisian dishes at breakfast and dinner. I had a great stay.

This is the easyJet of hotels. It sucks you in with a seemingly good deal, then takes off every conceivable extra to make up for it. Loads of little annoyances: - zero information in the room or check in about breakfast/dinner times, wifi etc - although the deal says "half board" this does not cover any drink at all, not even water. The waiters came up to me and took water away on several occasions. No water in room, no kettle. They even "accidentally" took a bottle of water I'd bought elsewhere. Pushing for you to buy the all-you-can-drink deal instead. - perhaps related: there were loud and violent fights in the corridors all 3 nights I was there. One night glass in the corridor from a domestic altercation, one night screaming children, one night a guy attacked a girl. I know because the corridors are so echoey that you could hear a mouse fart outside your room. - Nothing in the room. No do not disturb sign, no bag for the laundry, no fridge, no kettle, no hairdryer, AC didn't work. Cleaners came in on day 2, took my pillowcases and bath mat, opened the door to my balcony, and left. Meanwhile there were ***** on the floor. -Staff were unmotivated and patronising. I told reception that the phone in my room was broken and she just looked at me like "and?". I lost an item and staff couldn't even be bothered to look for it in their office. Every time I asked a simple question I got treated like I was clueless and naive, when I'm an experienced solo traveller of over a decade. Pros: the rooms are giant, the pool is nice and the buffet is pretty good. But all the little irritations caused a death of a thousand paper cuts and I was relieved to leave.

Fantastic hotel . Animation team so friendly , very welcoming, couldn’t a do enough for the whole family . So many activities which are inclusive to all ages. Beds so comfy , overall 10/10 can’t fault the place . If you’re looking for a cheap friendly getaway , book here

The quality of food at this all-inclusive hotel is amazing, I’ve eaten like a queen everyday here so far! The beach is a mere walk away but the great amenities at the hotel (including the pool bar) mean you don’t even need to leave to have a good time. There are a number of activities to do each day hosted by the entertainment team so you are never bored. Mino from the entertainment team has been particularly attentive - despite being new he has put in a great effort to make everyone feel welcome.

Absolutely beautiful hotel all the staff are very welcoming and can’t do enough for you also the animation team is one of the best all so friendly and fun doing all the day time activities and everyone gets involved they are always there to help you and make your stay perfect will definatly return

Very good vacation very good hotel and staff perfect entertainment specially [marco,panda haydi] they are very helpfull the rooms very clean super weather with sun,the pool is nice,the beach is very good and clean I give 5 stars to marhaba club hotel we are coming back big lovee ＜3

Had a great stay at the Marhaba club. Entertainment excellent, pool area really good and great selection of food. Would really recommend coming here . Animation team do a fantastic job at keeping everyone entertained through the day and at night.

Entertainment: 5 stars - The best part of our stay was how friendly and hard working the Animation team were, especially Marco. He helped us get involved in water polo, archery, water aerobics and more, and they made the whole stay so more better. Food/Service: 4 stars - The all-inclusive buffet had a nice selection everyday. There’s some rotation but mostly the same things. The only downside is drinks are mostly served in halves.

We came as a group of 6 friends and had an amazing time! I cannot fault any of the staff we encountered, the Animation team, cleaning staff, bar staff and restaurant staff have been so accommodating and go above and beyond. We really enjoyed the activities on offer such as the aqua gym, water polo and archery. The night time entertainment was also fun and always full of energy. Would definitely come back again!

Great stay, animation team all did a good job getting people involved in activities and the night entertainment, especially Marco! Food is nice and rooms are clean and well kept. Would recommend anyone to visit Marhaba Club, and I would return myself.
