Staff at the property is very accomodating and the restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Guest Rooms could use some updating. Also a little more attention to detail could be paid from cleaning staff on condition of room. Overall though, great stay and close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and Old Port area

Loved this property. The shower was amazing! The hotel had a great ambiance. Would recommend this place over and over!

Bathroom light fixtures dirty. Lamp shade had something red inside splattered. All over it. Didn’t clean the remote controls. Didn’t want to touch anything. Cleaned all surfaces myself. Better trained cleaning staff needed Restaurant was fine. Service was slow for dinner. food was just ok. Breakfast was great. Suggest the pizza guy wear gloves when handling pizza dough.

It was all good except I slipped and fell on water on the floor in the lobby. The employees did not even help me up. Two guests finally came and helped me stand up. I was really shocked that they did not write a report if the incident. I’m almost 72 and hit my head in the fall

Room was OK for a quick stay, but not particularly comfortable or anything, so I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. Location is a little out of the way, but not bad. Staff interactions were so-so. Overall, not a particularly good or bad place to stay. Just so-so.

Our room was dirty, the floor in the bathroom was dirty and I felt like I could not walk around without wearing shoes. There was no tub, only a shower, which I found to be odd.

This place is quite, convenient. Staffs are nice and hospitality. Breakfast and dining options are great.

I don't normally write reviews but this experience needed to be documented. The room was comfortable. What was less so was the person knocking on our door at midnight, or the dog barking next door as we were trying to go to sleep. Even with that, I probably wouldn't have written a review. When we went out to our car in the morning, we found what appeared to be vomit on the trunk. I suppose it could have been a very large bird (say 50 pounds). When we checked out later, the only question was whether we wanted our statement printed or emailed. We weren't asked how the stay was. Otherwise, I would have shared this directly. The hotel was in nice shape but I won't be going back.

Very helpful. We have stayed many times and this last timeI left my laptop in the room and they got it, held it safely and made it possible for me to get it back easily.

Stayed here with mom and sister. We were suppose to have 2 rooms together. However our rooms were miles apart. They also have not refunded my deposits on either room. Rude staff.

Clean and good facilities. Info in room mentioned room service but there isn’t any. That should be fixed

Clean comfortable quiet and convenient. Additional compliments to the bar … it was lovely to have a nice cap right in the location Staff was professional friendly and helpful.

Check-in employee made repeated reference to the limitations of a “third party booking” when I asked if any of the rooms were available which looked into the lovely tree canopy. I was ok either way. Black and orange mold/mildew in tub grouting, orange mildew between toiletry dispensers, black mildew in toilet. Threadbare sheets with small holes. Otherwise, room and property were clean, nice, spacious, and convenient. Friendly housekeeping. Shared feedback politely and discretely on check-out. $300 CAD per night ($600 total) was good value had the room been clean and had the check-in employee realized that “third party bookings” help hotels fill rooms and employ staff.
