"I had one of the most unpleasant experiences at Hotel Luis. Despite being paying guests, we were treated with complete disrespect. The owner’s attitude was unacceptable from the start, and the worst part was when he decided to close the hotel at midnight, stating that he needed to sleep! This left us feeling stranded and completely unwelcome, as if our comfort didn’t matter at all. Even with good food and decent service from the staff, the owner’s behavior overshadowed everything. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. There are far better options where guests are treated with the respect and care they deserve. And as the cherry on top of this disastrous experience, we discovered that the final bill didn’t match the negotiated price! If we hadn’t checked it ourselves, we would have been overcharged."

"Very large contingent of us based here for a family wedding in Lemon village about 30 minutes drive away. Great location both for exploring the town but also for the wedding day which was in two different locations. Very helpful staff who ensured that and all our door keys for rooms were left in addressed envelopes on reception desk as we had a late flight arrival as reception closed at 9pm. Excellent room, spacious, well appointed and spotless. Very comfortable bed and towels changed daily. Iron left in room for us on request beforehand. Only complaint was that the air con was noisy. Breakfast very good. Complimentary bar in room with water and cans. This would be a great base for exploring the region if we came back again. Thoroughly recommend."

"Excellent services and modern rooms with views of the Pale di San Martino. I resided in the facility in the week following the August holiday before unfortunately moving to the one in Madonna di Campiglio (Ambiez). I will definitely return. Treated seriously despite the crowded period and "rewarded" (even if not voluntarily I imagine) for our loyalty, given the use of the 20% discount (reserved for those who have already resided in a chain structure) with a non-refundable and paid rate anticipated. They could have taken advantage of it, as examples have already been cited, but they didn't. Example of seriousness and competence."

"We stayed 3 nights. Location was perfect, there is a ski bus outside of the hotel. Great spa facility as well. Breakfast could have been better but we had a pleasant stay overall."
