Spa Hotels in Malang City

Service can be improved especially for the restaurant staff. Was there for more than 3 nights, every time during breakfast the chef didn’t even look at my face or replied to me when I’m ordering something from the live station menu (I’m local btw), but once there’s a foreigner speaking to him in English suddenly he’s the friendliest guy in the room. Room is spacious and clean, newly renovated room.

Im was very happy with this hotel. I wanted to stay longer in Malang only because I liked the service of this team . Very friendly and helpful. The best breakfast I have ever tried. They have surprised me with the high quality. Always clean and location is good. Thank you 101 Malang Team .

In my opinion, it's okay for a business trip. Because the goal is just to sleep. In my opinion, the bed sheets are still not clean enough. But the bathrooms and facilities are okay 👌🏻 oh yes, opposite there is a delicious cafeteria, great nasi kandar

The bathroom room needs to be given an exhaust fan spy, the smell of the bathroom room quickly disappears & does not go to the room, the description needs to be added, the elevator needs to be added

Good hotel, a bit out of the town, room is big and comfortable, room is decorated with nice contemporary look.
