Hotel: Hotel was freshly rebuilt, so everything is in a very good shape. Room service was average (it could be really better), the hotel itself was clean. Receptionist staff solved problems slowly and incompliantly. Restaurant: We had half board. Food was tastefull, regulary refilled and wide choice was offered. We were really satisfied. Sauna&Swimming pool: Swimming pool was nice with warm water. Saunas were well heated. Ski rental: Expensive and skis were not good maintained. Children zone: There is a nice large children play zone.

We DON'T recommend it! It is not a standard that you can expect from a 4-star hotel. The Internet does not work. When we asked stuff, they said that it is free so they don't need to guarantee that it works. The wellness and swimming pool areas are small and poor. Breakfast is the same every day and the quality is not great as well. Acoustics in the dining room is bad so you need to eat breakfast in the noise. We wanted to change hotel in the middle of the stay as we felt it was not as described and the stay was unpleasant. We were informed that we won't be refunded the money paid for the days left. Avoid this hotel if you want to spend a calm holidays.

We stayed for 3 nights on half board basis in a family room with two kids and my mum to celebrate her 70th birthday. The good points are helpful and friendly staff, good spa services. But that’s probably it. The bad: The worst was the food. Unless you love red meat and dumplings, eat elsewhere. We were starving every night, as there were no other options other than red meat, red meat and more red meat. The swimming pool was not clean. The so called cardio zone is in a dark corner of the spa area with no wifi. Wifi overall in the hotel is poor. You will struggle to connect if you don’t have an iphone. Decor of the room is ok, but could do with updatIng. The hotel mainly caters for German pensioners coach tours or families with little kids. I would not return.

pros: I had half board and was really happy with the choice and taste. The food was replenished regularly, so you could come at any time and still have a full selection. There is a very good wellness area (swimming pool, whirlpool and various types of sauna). cons: The cleaning of the rooms should be improved (we found an old dried orange peel in the bed, the room is not vacuumed regularly and there is a problem with refilling the coffee and tea in the room set). Complaints to the hotel reception do not help. Tips: Buy a "Comfort" room, the difference in quality and services compared to a "Standard" room is worth the price difference.

Our family stayed in this beautiful hotel during the weekend. There was a nice welcome from reception staff. The staff was very friendly at the reception and also in the restaurant. The room was so beautiful and well cleaned by. Hotel is situated few minutes from Špindleruv Mlýn -you can visit it by bus transport We will definately come back soon :-) Thank you so much again for great service!!!

Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was satisfactory though should have plenty of choices for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is a little bit far from the center. Swimming pool and wellness available for free until 12pm, after that for a charge.

A hotel for fit and sporty people. A lot of stairs to the wellness area and the breakfast room are a real obstacle for people with walking difficulties or older people. The food on offer is the same every day and the selection is at most 3 stars.
