Very clean. Everything worked as expected. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. No problems at all. Close to where we needed to go. Parking is barely enough.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Shane who did our initial check in.
We had an issue with the key lock on the room that we had originally booked and Shane was very quick to not only find us another room but to also upgrade us. All the while apologizing for the inconvenience.
We definitely look forward to staying at this location again on our next trip to Spokane Valley.

We really enjoyed the free breakfast offered in the morning. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. The soaking tub in our king room was dangerous to get in and out of. Not a well planned idea for the room. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of service.

Our stay was good. The welcome was lukewarm, but efficient. We were impressed by the breakfast choices and the extra facilities. Our room and the hallways, etc. were very clean. We would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay if you are visiting the area.

Room we reserved had been smoked in by previous guest. Staff was very accommodating giving us another room that was clean and larger then the one we reserved.

Very clean. Free breakfast is an actual breakfast. Facilities are good. Its quit everyone is friendly. We will stay there again. Oh the beds are comfortable and clean

Was there for work, it’s in a industrial area not many people around at night. My truck was full of tools with no canopy and nothing got bothered. Staff was super nice
