Clean. Good location to access expressway and restaurants

Great value for money

Checking is was super easy knew they would need a card on file even though paid in full online but was not aware it would charge another $20. Staff was super nice! Got to the room and it was nice and clean until we pulled out the couch bed! Looked almost like previous guest let kids on it with shoes and there was mud and dirt all over the mattress topper! Tried calling the front desk 3 times and got busy tone. Sent my son down to talk to someone and they sent housekeeping up right away and she changed the mattress topper and even made the bed for us! Very nice lady and she was very apologetic! Got settle went to the pool which was rather small. 6 kids were in there and it seemed like a lot! Left after about 45 mins. Loved that everything was so close! Came back and went back to the pool around 9:15 had it all to ourselves. Two kids much better. Other guest had left trash all over the one table and towels all over the floor and there were no more towels to dry off with. Check out isn’t until 12 PM but we will be out by 7 AM so won’t be able to review breakfast but hopefully check out is smooth as well!

I SO APPRECIATE the hotel’s attempt to be environmentally aware in the rooms. They could do a bit better with the breakfast (eliminate the individual creamers!) but they are starting. Blake, front desk receptionist, was super nice!

Hotel and amenities were above and beyond in comparison to what was listed online.....

The shower gel container was empty and the tv in the room could not get the Sunday night football game.

Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible, but the bed was too high for my wife to get in it. They changed us to a suite but the mattress on the sofa was so thin it was uncomfortable. When we returned on Monday night they gave us a suite. My wife slept on the sofa but it was too soft and she had a hard time getting out of it,

Really nice hotel, clear rooms and pool. Very friendly and nice employees. Allowed us to check in earlier , which was amazing with little kids after 10hr drive

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights recently, terrible housekeeping or should I say non existent. After requesting Housekeeping 3 times which all 3 times I was asked if I had declined housekeeping at check in...which I answered NO! WE had to go to the front desk 2 times to ask for clean towels and toilet paper and also emptied our own trash for the 4 days. The housekeeping staff obviously does not want to do their jobs, I actually flagged two different housekeepers in the hallway (one right outside my room) to please clean our room, I was told "That's not my assignment or room to clean" and the other "Sure" came back each time NOTHING!! They did give me 1 nights credit AFTER I complained at checkout. Unacceptable and expect better from Marriott! They have no problem charging high rates, the least they could do is actually do their jobs!!

Hotel is newly updated and clean. Breakfast was limited and not the best. Our sink and shower were slow to drain.

We liked the staff, they were great. I liked that it was convenient to the fairgrounds. What I didnt like about our room was the lack of curtains, no black out curtains in our room just sheer curtains so we had bright lights shining into our room all night. I will stay here again due to that reason. The air-conditioning worked magnificent.

To close to Main Street to much tragic and noise. Very busy area
