Extremely comfortable beds

Beds and pillows are not the comfiest.....rooms are very narrow as well as the doorway into room.....because traveling with family who needed first floor we also stayed first floor which is not us, but this hotel has all pet friendly rooms on first floor, which leaves all rooms with pet dander and hair that does not always get cleaned up, this leaving my child who has allergies to flare and have rough time when in room.....hallway noise was very loud especially during the night no matter the hour......not sure if room above or beside us, but it was like they had water running the whole.time and it was gushing down the walls, and continuous toilet flushes, very loud, during this every time there was banging tjat went with it like someone was banging the mirrored doors of closet, this made for hard to sleep........

The hotel was newer and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable exactly as in the advertised pictures. Rates were good as well and adjoined restaurant food was good. My only issue was the service we received from hotel and restaurant staff, sub par at best. The whole time there felt like we were a bother to them and very condescending attitudes. Probably will not stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet & clean, convenient to major shopping Centre, Dennys on air for reasonable 55 menu.

Upon arrival the first impression was that it would be a nice hotel to stay in. The lobby was beautiful. But unfortunately the first night we arrived the pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons why we booked at this hotel. Our room was very average and honestly wasn’t the cleanest. The biggest issue we had was that the toilet didn’t flush especially with someone who deals with an illness that has to be near a bathroom. They didn’t offer a refund since we were booking through a third party. Just overall not the best experience and we won’t be back. But the lady at the front desk was very nice and was very pleasant to deal with.

Great stay however we came here as a family to use the pool and gym services here and both were closed this morning for up to 3 days. Feels like a waste of money now

Accessible room was not accessible from the start. Had to be pushed very uncomfortably to get over hump entrance to room. Also same type to try to get over high bump to bathroom. Bathroom sink and fixtures too high for anyone in wheelchair. Same with countertop in bedroom. Drawer handles need to be rethought..very difficult to grip and pull open.very little space in hall way and room to manoeuvre in chair. The floor was rough ridge carpet making it even more difficult to move in chair. To check in with Visa/debit I was not able to reach the high counter to put in PIN code. NO acknowledgement of the needs of client to be unable to reach atm …AND apparently the cord couldn’t extend or the checker did not know how to adjust. Unnecessary time wasted while the checker moved to another high counter to try access to another machine…without informing the client that he was doing so. The counter with kitchenette area was too high to reach to even get a cup of coffee for anyone in a chair. VERY UNFRIENDLY AND INACCESSIBLE. An individual would not be able to live and stay in that room without help. Disappointed to say the least. Will NOT stay there again and will NOT recommend to ANYONE. Too bad.
