Overall our stay at La Quinta was pretty good. I was impressed with the breakfast. There was something new each day that we stayed. I liked the biscuits and gravy and my son enjoyed making his own waffle. The staff was very attentive and kept the area clean. My room was decent but the room next to us had dogs that bark excessively. I don’t mind a little noise. That’s expected but when I can’t hear my tv or wake up through out night it’s a problem.
The customer service at this location is absolutely above and beyond our expectations. Everyone we have encountered over the last 2 weeks has been incredibly pleasant and helpful regardless of the time or day or night or the situation at hand. Our door even froze shut and the young lady working overnight did not hesitate to come out into the cold as quick as she could to get us into our room. Thank you!
It was a nice place. The room was clean and we liked that you had to have a card to enter the building. The room we had was a little studio with a stove and a sink and a big refrigerator. The only down side of it was you had to rent the stuff to cook and eat off of. Otherwise our stay was good, room was good and clean. The staff was nice and we had no problems. I would recommend this to my friends and family as well.
