I didn't like the time that my room was cleaned, got in around 2:30 room wasn’t ready. Breakfast was nice.

Good breakfast options and the buffet was clean and orderly. Room was as expected.
My shower had very low water flow. TV was smaller than most hotels.

The phone my room was inoperable and the staff did not fix it even after informing front desk. The shower was also falling apart in some area.

Bathroom flooded. Maintenance came. Then house keeping. Never offered a different room. We left. Came back to a huge party in room next to ours rattling walls. Called desk said they’d authorized a birthday party. Maintenance called again tub drain not working. They were in our room second time till 1030=pm. Rooms were shabby at best and super expensive. They knew there were plumbing issues cause folks under our room complained about their ceiling leaking. Really. Terrible place to stay . Requested refund. Still waiting

Costumer service was terrible. When we arrived we were checked into a room that already had guest staying in it. We were then checked into a different room, but was a room with one queen bed and not a room with two beds as we had booked. Also, when we got to the room, the door was open. While this is not a big deal, it was unusual and off putting. With no other option, we requested a cot. When the cot arrived, we asked the employee if he would mind taking the dolly we had used downstairs with him. He replied saying that he could because his phone was almost dead leaving him with nothing better to do.

Room was loud and shade would not close so very bright in room all night. Facilities not available - restaurant or gym (cardio equipment not working). Chose the hotel because it advertised full service restaurant, so it was disappointing that it was not open.
