We canceled because it’s was not a safe environment my daughter refuse to get out of the car! The only good thing I can say is they didn’t charge my card after being on the phone with one of your representatives, calling to get the reservation canceled they did grateful for that!

I don’t understand how they can’t work with they’re VIP guest and allow the people that keeps up with illegal activities continue to stay and do what they do!! And they wonder why their ratings are so low!!

The staff kept looking at the cameras antagonizing me and my boyfriend and they kept making excuses for us to pay more , worst hotel I've ever been to , felt like I was on probation

My room was super dirty. The walls, floors, and celling had stains on them. There were holes in the wall and the electrical sockets were exposed. No hot water in the sink and bugs were in the room. The only kept up area was the lobby.

My room was dirty. There were hairs in the tub. The pillowcase had a shoe print on it and the bathroom floor had the same shoe print on the floor. The floor was also dirty.
For whatever reason there is no storage for clothes. No dresser or closet
