Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a quick snowboard trip and loved our stay! We were a little scared by the reviews at first but decided to go for it because of the price. Our room was very clean, quiet and cozy & we were able to set the temperature to our liking. Parking was easy & convenient. The staff was very attentive and kind. We liked the restaurant attached and went there for dinner and drinks. They had lots of options, great service & it was very convenient. We also liked the heated pool & the breakfast served every morning. It was a basic hotel breakfast but had solid options and was a good first meal of the day. Location was also great. Across the street from a Walmart and close to Mystic & other centers. Don't let the reviews scare you! It's a good cheep option. We had a great time.

Staff/check-in person not friendly, borderline rude.
Property is dated & not well maintained. Secure entry door was NOT secure & did not lock, so anyone off the street can get to rooms.

Staff was friendly and helpful but do need to update website and amenities. There is no longer a hot tub or saunas . The doors didn’t really keep sound down tho

Cold showers two nights in a row, non-working phone & alarm clock. No sign of continental breakfast. Left a lot to be desired.

It was okay for just the weekend . Front desk was friendly but room was very dirty. Furniture was dirty . You had no one around to ask question or to get any clean linen .

Pillows were absolutely awful and the continental breakfast was absurd and very sad. Creepy atmosphere and rooms had a level of ick that made it hard to relax. Also TVS need to be upgraded to smart TVS as it is almost 2024.
