Well situated at the Old Town, just couple of minutes walk from notre dame de strasbourg, modern and well lit room in the old building. Clean and come with free drinks in the fridge

It's very close to Petite France, so it's great for traveling. It's small, but it has a cozy feel and I like that it has a terrace. It's a good place to stay for a while. The old place has been remodeled and it looks great.

Not only did we not receive an upgrade for being ******* platinum vip, we didn’t even get the room level that we booked. I know that the room type was still available because it said there were bookable rooms left on the website in our category. As we had flown overnight from the US then taken a two hour train, and I am pregnant, we checked in and crashed right away without paying attention. After we had slept in the bed I felt like we could not ask to move and I also don’t appreciate being put in that position to start with. The hotel knew what they were doing because the receptionist confirmed we booked a superior room, but put us into a room that was tiny and matched the website photos of the basic or club rooms. Also, there are no blackout curtains and there are bright streetlights that shine in all night and very loud street noise. The pillows are like concrete blocks and the linens are scratchy and low quality. Lastly, the hotel gives you a physical key you must leave with reception every time you go out, which is annoying because there is not always someone at the desk so you must wait. The hotel is close to the train station and the water pressure in the shower is good, so there is that. I wish there had been more honest reviews, I don’t know what people are talking about when they say this is a great hotel-def not 4 stars. Maybe we just got bad treatment for booking on *******, I’ve heard of that but after 40 stays in Europe I had never experienced.

The staffs are awful, they tried to trick us to buy drink at their bar, gave wrong info, they let non gusts stay in common areas for hours - we encountered twice

Stayed during the Christmas season to take in the Christmas markets. My fault that I didn't read a pre-arrival email telling me that the roads were closed near the hotel because of the markets so we had to park a long way from the property and walk with our luggage. However, once we got to the hotel, we were very happy with the hotel. It was near a lot of the holiday action and a very beautiful hotel. There was a gift of a nice smelling candle in our room and the staff were fantastic. The room was a little small but comfortable and very clean. The hotel breakfast was delicious as well. When we checked out, we were given a bottle of champagne too. Very nice touches and would stay again but probably not during the holidays. Too many people in Strasbourg for me, I prefer smaller towns.

The property cut down the AC. There is no airflow or air-circulation in the room. Opening the window is another problem, bad kitchen smell is coming in the room.

We had a lovely stay - beautiful, friendly hotel, with an ideal location within in walking distance from train station and city center. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge and bottle of wine at checkpoint. We also enjoyed the wine bar. Thank you for a perfect stay.

This was the best hotel we stayed at our whole trip. It’s very convenient to see all of the tourist spots in Strasbourg. The staff was all very kind and welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very large, well thought out and had lots of space to keep belongings. It’s in a busy part of the city but was quieter than expected because of that. The bathroom had a real shower and a large tub with a double sink. Breakfast was pricey but very tasty.

The hotel is in a perfect location, quiet, and in a perfect location. It is easy to walk to the railroad station and the center of Strasbourg. The staff is friendly and they even have a pleasant wine bar. My only concern was that the room was a bit small and the bathroom consisted of a sink and two closet-sized enclosures. The shower was fine but the toilet enclosure was small and my knees would touch the wall when I got up. So, my suggestion is to ask for a bigger room, even if it costs a bit more.
