We stayed for a short time, the attention of the staff was excellent, the breakfast was optimal, the room was large and comfortable. I would return!!

We received an email ahead of our stay noting the check-in hours. We emailed back to confirm the hours and received no reply. We arrived during that window only to be told that those check in times were completely wrong. No apology for sending us the wrong information, just annoyance that we showed up expecting to be able to check in. We were also informed that there would be no parking available during our stay (despite parking being one of the advertised amenities and one of the reasons we chose this hotel). We asked for suggestions of alternative parking locations since we don't know the area at all. The man staffing the front desk was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that we were asking for help...he just shrugged at us. Given the hotel's failure to honor basic commitments and the staff's unwillingness to provide any level of assistance/customer service, we stayed at a different hotel.

Nice, quiet hotel with friendly personal. Close to the center, yet in a calm area with less trafic.

We stayed for a long weekend to visit the Christmas markets and were very pleased with how easy it was to walk to town from the hotel - just 10 mins or so, yet on a quiet side street. The staff were excellent - very friendly, kind and helpful. Everything was clean, our beds were comfy and there was a good range of options available for breakfast.

Spacious room, hard bed with uncomfortable pillow, NO A/C but you can open the window Normal size bathroom with tiny shower, good water pressure, towels can be renew Friendly staff, very helpful with directions They offer a delicious breakfast with a good variety, gluten free bread option requested in advance Terrible Wi-Fi signal 15 min walk to the Christmas markets and old town and 8 min walk to the closest U-Bahn or 15 min walk to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station)

The hotel itself is adequate, however, th parking is advertised at 9.50 euro per day so we booked. On arrival told it's 20 euro a day and if we don't like it go somewhere else but it's still 20 euro. By then too late to go somewhere else. Big rip off sorry.
