Willzone Hotel

The quilt fabric is uncomfortable. After huuuh is booming, I thought I might not be suitable for dating. I really think it’s really annoying.

The location of the hotel is okay, but the room has been booked. I asked the front desk for a parking ticket, first send the guests, and then come back to register, but the front desk attendant is very indifferent.

The breakfast variety is considered better in the local area, but the restaurant’s reception capacity is obviously insufficient. When there are too many occupants during the holidays, the dirty tableware cannot be kept up in the morning. It was cold after a while, and I suggested several times to add a microwave oven, but I refused to accept it. As a result, I only had noodles, which was warmer. Chinese restaurants often don’t have private rooms. The chef leaves work at 8 o’clock. They claim to deliver food to the room, but they can’t provide it at all!

Everything was perfect, except that breakfast was a mess. It was a mess when I went there at 9 o'clock. Many dishes were missing and not added in time. As a result, many tourists used paper cups to receive milk and were thrown full without receiving paper cups. The tables are all over, and the lids of the dishes are also stacked everywhere

酒店地理位置優越，周邊環境不錯，是四星級酒店。房間佈局較合理，早餐豐富。原本對酒店期待很高，但遺憾的是，房間隔音效果一般，夜裡兩點入住客人大聲、小聲説話了1小時，嚴重影響旁邊客人睡眠（多次抗議後緩解）…。本次質疑的是:酒店是否對半夜入住客人進行了提醒保持安靜？如空房間多，為什麼要把後半夜入住客人安排到已入住客人周邊，造成客人間矛盾？畢竟是高星級酒店…

房間整潔，衞生乾淨，環境優美，早餐好吃，服務很好，位置方便！入住挺方便的，停車也方便，酒店大廳特別的高端

服務真的太差了，提前在前台登記了車牌，但是第二天要出行的時還是候在出口被攔了很久與久，不知道前台在搞什麼，這樣的情況已經出現兩次了，還有入住交按金這個規定也真的很落後，酒店價格並不算便宜，網上也沒有開通免按金安心住服務，退按金的時候也不及時，如果不是我離開後再次打電話催促，也不知道按金什麼時候才給我退下來。真的這個酒店價格和服務是完全不匹配的，再不改進衹會被淘汰！

酒店整體環境很不錯，房間衞生乾淨，出行方便，服務態度也挺好。
