My friend and I booked this apartment hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. Front desk staff-Rachel is very welcoming and so friendly. 📍The place is a bit walk to Surfer’s paradise beach but it’s manageable. It is located 3 blocks away from the tram 🚋 and close to restaurants and shops. 🏬 It is about 30 mins by car 🚘 to Burleigh Beach 🏖️ ☑️The view outside the hotel is nice and you get all the sunlight in the morning which I love 😍 It has complete amenities for a convenient stay. •washing machine & drying rack •iron & iron board •fridge •stove, pots and pans •kitchen utensils (for cooking) •oven •kettle •tv ❌However, they don’t clean the room every day, you have to be responsible for cleaning and throwing your trash. They also don’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as drinking water, so bring/buy your own. 📝notes: ⬇️ •Please make sure you have a travel adapter when you visit Australia because their sockets are different. •Front desk closes early, so if you’re checking in late, please let them know so they can give you instructions on how to get your room key and elevator card.

One of the best hotel in surfers paradise, only the downside was one of the lift was out of service which caused delays and inconvenience.

WOW!! This place was stunning. We got to stay on the 25th floor and it was magnificent. Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, all the facilities, wrap around balcony. The only downside was i feel it needs blackout curtains or something for the lounge/dining as that sunrise was a killer. The apartment was very bright and warmed up very quick by 8am. The bedrooms did have darkened curtains, so it was all good there. I would still return though

Great location. Unit a bit outdated but still nice. Views from balcony are nice. Facilities are great. But Cleaning standards not great, toilets, showers not clean, unit smells funny.

Property had so many bonus amenities ( full gym facility, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room) and was so close to everything (beach, restaurants, stores, public transportation, etc)

The location was great, and it was very easy to walk to the beach. Unfortunately my apartment wasn’t very clean, and I found a cockroach in the kitchen on my first night. Only one lift was working which meant over ten minute waits for the lift to arrive. The furniture in the apartment was old and stained. The gym and pool areas were good. I arrived in the evening, and after hours check-in was very easy.
